I could feel Max slide his arms away from me and reach for the table at his side. I quickly grabbed his hands and slid them back around and held him as tight as I could fighting his try to get away.

With that I grabbed hold of her waist and we vanished off of the soccer field and onto the permimeter of my home. The trees were big and dark and the sky not quite as blue. and the old mansion shuttered on the outside. No one would ever know what the inside held. It was the place I had dreamed to leave forever.

The funny thing was while walking across the yard with Kate in my arms I never wanted to leave again.
