Kaira strode back to her sister proudly, while Krise tried to hold in her giggles. "Remind me to not mess with you, sis." Krise said, grinning cheekily. Kaira grinned in reply. "It was fun messing with Mr Popular, though." Kaira replied. A smirk stretched across her pale face as she commented casually, "By the way, sis, how's your boyfriend?" Krise gaped at her in shock. " He's not my boyfriend!!!" She denied defensively and folded her arms. Kaira rolled her eyes. "Yeah right." Krise pouted. Then, she smirked. "How 'bout you, sis? Were you flirting with Fred just now? You two seem perfect, though I wouldn't like the thought of you two dating....." Krise trailed off, enjoying Kaira's expression gleefully. "Kristena Sophie Jones! You little devil!" Before Krise could find a witty comeback, she was tackled, no, tickled to the grassy floor. "Kaira!" She whined. Kaira just smirked. "Oh, it's on!!" Krise exclaimed. Soon, both girls were in the grass, squealing and giggling. Finally, they collapsed, sweating and panting profusely. "That -gasp- was fun!" Krise panted. Kaira nodded in reply, too breathless to talk. Krise jumped up, and yanked her twin up, and the two girls trotted home, both relishing the quiet presence of each other.

Deon was exhausted. After an entire afternoon of practice, 'tired' was an understatement. Drop- dead exhausted seemed more like it. He trudged home, thinking about a certain blonde lass. It was obvious Fred was jealous, and Deon didn't like that one bit. Because the last time he gave in....... Let's just say it turned out awful. I'm not going to let him get Krise, Deon thought with clenched fists.
Flashback
"Deon, let's go out and play!" Camellia chirped happily. Deon smiled at his adorable friend and replied, " OK, Mels, anything you want." Perhaps Camellia didn't know it, but Deon had a awesomely big crush on the strawberry blonde. The very sight if her gorgeous green eyes could drive Deon cray-cray. Seriously. He found it impossible for a nine-year-old to be this pretty. The duo ran out to play tag, giggling and screaming as they did. As the two cute kids lay on the neatly mown grass, a figure stood in front of Camellia, smiling charmingly at her. "Hey Sweetie, wanna drink?" It was Fred, and he shot Deon a look, which clearly stated, let me have her. Young, naive and obedient, Little Deon gave in to his charismatic brother. It was the worst mistake of his life. Fred told Camellia nasty lies about Deon, saying he was a freak, telling her to stay away from him, and many painful things. Blinded by Fred's charm, Camellia believed him. She gave Deon the cold shoulder, and followed Fred everywhere. Heartbroken and upset, Deon vowed never to trust Fred again.
End of FlashbackDeon gritted his teeth at the memory. Camellia might have already moved away, but the pain was permanent. No, I'm not letting Krise go.
