It Had to be Budapest

Hey everyone, just a heads up (in case you are curious), I decided to go with Kresnoff ship (Y/n Kresnik X Natasha Romanoff). If you don't like it, then sorry but only 1 person voted and I like it, plus I already have a few ideas of trying to get Nat to be with the reader lol.

Anyway, Story!

POV third

Elle: "I WANNA GOOOOOOOOO!!!"

SHIELD agent: "I'm sorry, but agent Kresnik and the others are going somewhere really dangerous, and Fury has ordered us to make sure you don't join."

This only makes Elle pout harder, until an idea pops into her head. An idea that, according to her, won't fail...

Inside Control Room

Fury: "Is everyone here?" *Sees everyone nods* "... Ok, first of all, we have a double mission, which rarely happens. The first mission is to investigate an old Hydra base in Russia. Rumors are that Madam Hydra is there along with one Yelena Belova, which is why the team will consist of Rogers, Romanoff, Barnes, Wilson, Parker, and Vision, with Rogers as the leader."

Spider Man: "Woohoo! My first mission!" *Looks around to see that everyone was staring at him, causing him to get shy and faces the floor*

Fury: "... The second mission is to protect a cargo plane near Budapest-" *Nat and Clint cringes* "- from an Unknown group. Not much is known about this group, but there's rumors that they're connected to both Taskmaster and Bowman. That's why I'll have Barton, both Kresniks, the twins, and Stark going, with Julius as the leader."

Tony: "Wait, why do I have to go too?!"

Fury: "We need an eye in the sky for both areas, and since Wilson and Vision are with Roger's group, we need one for Barton's group. If you still got a problem, you can stay here and clean the fucken tower."

Tony: *starts grumbling about having to listen to a pirate*

Fury: "... The rest of you will remain here like usual. Dismissed."

Time Skip

After returning to your room to grab your bag, you noticed that it was heavier compared to when you packed it, but you didn't have time to check why as the mission starts in a few minutes. On your way to the Quinjet, you handed Scott everything he'd need to be able to take care of Elle and Rollo while you were away, then waved at him before boarding the jet. Sitting down on the jet, you try to calm yourself until you felt someone tap your shoulder, turning your attention to the guy you know as Clint.

Clint: "hey, you ok?"

Y/n: "..." *Nod yes*

Clint: "uhh... You're nervous?"

Y/n: *nods*

Clint: "... Not much of a talker, are you?"

Y/n: "..."

Julius: *walks to them* "Sorry, he hasn't been able to speak for years..."

Clint: "Villain cut his vocal cords?"

Julius: "It'd explain alot heh... Sadly, no... Also, on a serious note, Clint."

Clint: "Yeah?..."

Julius: "... Mind keeping Nat away from Y/n? I don't want her corrupting him if she's just going to use him..."

Clint: "Hey now, I can't exactly keep her in check. Plus..." *Smiles alittle* "... From what I've seen, she might actually like him, like genuinely like him."

Julius: "..."

Before Julius could say anything else, you three hear a weird some coming from... Your bag?... You pull the zipper to open it, revealing...

Elle: *gasp loudly* "FINALLY! WHY DIDN'T YOU OPEN IT SOONER?!"

Y/n: "!!!"

Julius: "ELLE?!"

Elle: "Shoot, Julius is here! Should have tried to stay quiet longer."

Rollo: *meows*

Clint: "Wtf?! Why are you here, girl?! And you brought the cat?!?"

Elle: *looks angry at you three* "I'm here cause you guys tried to take my body guard!" *Points at you* "You can't take him away until he finds my Daddy!"

Clint: "Wait, what?!"

Julius: *sighs* "Elle, we talked about this!"

Elle: *pouts* "I don't care! I hired him, not you! Now either give him back or let me join!"

Sorry, that's the end of this chapter, I hope you enjoyed it. As mentioned above, Natasha will be the love interest. Also, no lie, even though only 3 people voted, I'm surprised that more people wanted the Budapest mission instead of the Russia mission.
