The explosion when off, breaching the shields surrounding the arena. The sensory devices within the Nemesis picked up multiple targets most of them where unidentifiable while the only thing that was identifiable was the IS that was surrounded by multiple smaller objects that were going inside in large groups.
"Rin, get the hell out of here now, I will buy time for any back up." Gracchus yelled at Rin.
"What, are you out of your mind there is no way I am leaving you here!" Rin retaliated.
Tch, I do believe that you care about my life but could you say the same thing about me Rin, no, to me my life is worthless as it is, I will be content if my life bought the safety of you and others. Gracchus thought.
A purple beam that was accompanied with bombardments of multiple shots from smaller targets. Gracchus grabbed Rin and dodged as many of the shots fired at him as possible, a few rockets and lazers from the small fry hit the Nemesis's shields but they weren't powerful enough to cripple the IS.
"Rin, go take shelter with everyone else, you're to worn out, I will take care of these things." Gracchus told Rin.
Rin, however, gave into exhaustion and fell asleep in Gracchus's arms, her IS dissolved away, rendering her completely vulnerable.
"Shit."
Gracchus sighted an approaching beam attack which he dodged before the enemy IS charged at the young man. The sensors of the IS went off again as multiple pointed end projectiles quickly approached the area at rapid speeds. Gracchus threw Rin aside and took the brunt of the damage, but the durability of the shields of the IS left the IS without damage. Gracchus flew down and caught Rin before she hit the ground, as a man crashed into the arena.
"Took you long enough." Gracchus said.
The man was clad in a black combat outfit, his skin was cracked with cracks in his skin that was present on every inch of his visible exposed skin that emitted a purple glow along with his purple eyes. From a backpack, he produced an umbrella, the spikes on the backpack glowed and combined into massive wings on the man's back, before he turned to Gracchus and nodded. Gracchus dismissed the IS, and smiled.
"Well, it's all yours Umbrella." Gracchus said as he causally walked away.
Umbrella floated in the air and pointed his umbrella at the IS. The umbrella as it glowed blue and shot out a beam of energy at the rouge IS which it dodged. Umbrella gave chase until he was intercepted by some robot swarms.

Annoyances. Umbrella thought as he smashed the torsos of any robot that got too close.
The robots that keep their distance along with some humans with Realizers and CR-Units, fired upon Umbrella with no avail due to the wings giving Umbrella cover. The rouge IS, thinking that Umbrella was too distracted by the robots and humans, rushed to attack Umbrella. Unknown to the IS, that was what Umbrella was waiting for, his wing moved out, stunning the IS with a smack. Umbrella then went behind the IS and stabbed it from behind, and took advantage of the shots being fired by the robots and the humans, using the multiple shots fired at him to kill the IS pilot.
The IS struggled and attempted to get out of the volley of shots but it was already too late for it, sparks flew, and the machine shutdown. Umbrella threw the IS at the group shooting at him, taking out multiple units. The humans within the group attempted to fly off but Umbrella intercepted them and stabbed them to death with the spikes that surrounded him or with the umbrella in his hand. It didn't matter if they activated Protect, it make it harder sure but it was still relatively easy to kill them. Umbrella was covered with blood as he pierced the body of another human, before pulling out the spike and letting the body fall to the floor.
The robots fell like flies, their only advantage was their sheer numbers but it didn't mean anything, they ended up as scrap metal on the floor a few minutes later. The spikes flew back onto his backpack as he cracked his neck.
"You are aware that you could have done it faster ." Gracchus said.
"You could have won against them." Umbrella said.
"Thank you for point it out, now are going to do it or what, I have been waiting for a good fight!" Gracchus excitedly exclaimed, getting into a fighting stance after he jumped around in place for a bit.
"As much as I would love to grind your face to the ground, I have other things to do." Umbrella said as he began to float into the air. "Take care of that IS, a lot of work was put into that thing."
Gracchus frowned.
"You serious, when will I see you again!?" Gracchus yelled.
"When I decide to stop by, we won't be seeing each other in any other situations than that, if you excuse me, I have business to take care of." Umbrella said and his eyes glowed a harsh purple along with the cracks on his face to show how irritated he was before he made another hole in the shield and flew off.
"Great, now who am I going to fight!?" Gracchus yelled in anger.
Houki, Ichika, Chifuyu, Cecilia, and Yamada, all walked up to Gracchus, avoiding the blood soaked bodies. Tavarious, on the other hand, check to see if there was a pulse with in the bodies that lay on the floor along with Tohka.
"How horrible, can you save them?" Tohka asked.
"I can, and for you sake, please turn away." Tavarious said.
"R-right." Tohka said as she turned away.
Tavarious then took out a knife and stabbed himself in the fore-arm, making sure to puncture major arteries. Tohka cringed at the sound of the blade going through flesh, however, not that many people heard it, nor did they notice fortunately. Tav repeted the process until all that had been mortally injured survived. Some of them didn't make it either because their wounds were too severe or that their bodies had no pulse. The ones that managed to live thanks to Tavarious were later sent to Fraxinus for interrogations soon after they where awakened, since they were still outside technically.
'Good work Tavarious, we will release them when the time is right.' One of the crew members said.
"Thanks, glad I could prevent their deaths." Tavarious said as he hung up on the earpiece and walked towards the dorms with Tohka.
