it only took two seconds for maddie to realize that his boyfriend was standing in the doorway of the incident. "george! i, um didn't know you were coming!", it was quiet for a few moment. the brunette didn't know what to feel he just felt empty. how did he not see the signs? she only was loving when she wanted money, and she never wanted to hang out with him. he felt so stupid. the room was still filled with tension and silence with some foggy music in the background, "g-george...?" she walks over slowly trying to grab his arm. "fuck off maddie! f-FUCK YOU! fuck you and you're new boyfriend!" he suddenly just lost all control. the tears started to form in his chocolate brown eyes, and he tried. he tried so hard to keep them in.

"i'm so stupid! i've should've known you would pull shit like this! having fucking fun you-you bitch!" he let's out a light chuckle walking out the door before maddie could even respond. he then is met with the crowd again, and that's when all the stupid memories start ambushing his mind. he didn't know what to feel. mad? sad? jealous? all he knew is that he wanted to go home. away from people, away from reality.

george starts trying to get through a crowd of people towards the door. it was harder then the first time since his eyes were full of tears. the music was blaring in his ears causing them to make a high pitched ring. the brunette needed air, fresh air, not air full with liquor and sweat. george starts pushing and shoving through the crowd, most people not even caring. he was finally getting close to the door when he was met with a hand to his shoulder, "george? are-are you okay?", it was dream. he genuinely seemed concerned for george. but the brunette doesn't know why. he's a stranger. but can a stranger make you feel this way? "better then ever." george's voice cracked and continued his mission towards the door.

suddenly he was faced with the big brown door and opened it as fast as he could. he was met with the fresh cold breeze brushing against his pale skin. it caused him to get goosebumps, but the good kind. he took a deep breath in and out cherishing the fresh air running through his lungs. the brunettes starts making small steps towards the lake. the lake was a place where he always went when he was stressed or just needed a break from everything. he tried wiping his tears but they kept flowing out.

he cheeks turned a shade of red from the cold wind blowing in his tears. he was cold. but it didn't bother him. the brunette just hugged his own arms to get some source of warmth on his body.

from a few minutes of walking he was met with the lake flowing ever so smoothly. the sound of the water trickling down the path always pleased george. the atmosphere was beautiful. the moon was reflecting against the water perfectly causing it to have a light shine. he set himself down against a medium sized rocks and just stared at the water, letting all his emotions out. he places his legs up to his chest and his chis resting on his knees. he tried keeping it in but it was almost impossible.

the sound of stifled cries filled the atmosphere until there was a light crunch in the distance. at first george tried to ignore it but it kept getting closer and closer. suddenly there was a shadow over george and he was met with a familiar smooth voice. a voice he could listen to hours "hey george."

the brunette lifted his head to be met with the same green eyes blondie from just a few minutes ago. "oh-um hey." george tried to wipe his tears away. he never liked sharing his emotions especially in front of strangers. "how, um, how did you know i was here?" the brunette asked quietley, "i saw you were crying and i sorta followed you here." the blonde let out a sarcastic smirk. "no need to be a stalker, dream." they both let out small chuckles from george's comment "it was for a good reason. i know i just met you but i want to make sure you're okay." the brunette face turned a soft shade of red. why was dream making him feel this way?

"i'm, um, fine i guess. it's just my girlfriend, um, well ex girlfriend." just talking about the situation caused a few final tears to escape his eyes. "sorry, i'm not the best expressing my emotions.", "hey! it's okay! i get fully. but it sounds like you're ex girlfriend just missed out on a great guy.", "w-what?" george faced the blonde with confusing eyes, "i mean i haven't even known you for a full day but you already seem like a genuine, nice, and thoughtful person. i know it's gonna be hard but just forget her. she was probably a bitch anyway." the brunette let out a breathly chuckle.

"t-thank you. it means a lot.", "no problem, georgie." the blonde nudged george on his side. "georgie?" he lets out a chuckle. "yeah i think it has a nice ring to it. don't you think?", "yeah sure, dreamie."

"i know this may come off weird but can i get your number? i just y'know.." the blonde gives a slight grin, "i actually don't know, georgie." the nickname made george blush slightly "y'now to get to know you better." george looks away from the blonde for a attempt to hide his blush, "i'm just messing around george, of course you can have my number." the brunette reaches in his pocket and grabs a pen along with dreams hand. he flips it over starting to write on it. "what are you doing?" the blonde was slightly confused, "i'm giving you my number?" the brunette continues writing. he's so cute. dream thinks to himself glancing down at the brunette writing on his palm.

"do you just always carry a pen around?", george lets out a laugh, "hey! you never know when you're going to need a pen!"
