Faye's POV

After school the next day, I quickly got into my car and drove home to get ready for my mission tonight. I parked the car in the garage and then went inside the house, and head straight to my bedroom.

I closed the bedroom door behind me before taking off my jacket and stripping away the rest of my clothes and then jumped inside the shower.

After showering, I went to my walk-in closet and rummaged around the rack that has all my dresses to look for a red dress to wear. I pulled out two red dresses, one is short and sleeveless while the other is with spaghetti straps, and a low mermaid neckline. It wasn't that long and it has a long slit on one side.

This one!

I hanged the other dress on the rack and walked out of the walk-in closet and placed my dress on top of my bed. Then, I started getting ready.

With my red dress on and a smooth white jacket hanging loosely around my shoulders, I finished with doing my own makeup and then smiled at myself in the mirror and then running my fingers through my hair that was curled on the edges.

I grabbed my gun and placed it on the holster that was strapped around my thigh underneath my dress, and my pocket knife and silencer inside my clutch.

I was ready to go.

I got one of the guards to be my driver tonight and as soon as I got inside the car, he started the engine and took us to Dazzling restaurant.

I looked out the window, watching city lights after city lights went by getting me lost in my thoughts that I didn't realize we had arrived by the restaurant until Joel the driver, informed me.

I stepped out of the car while Joel drove away to park the car somewhere and waits for me till I'm done with the job so he can drive me back home again. I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by a cheery blonde that was behind the desk up front.

"Hi, do you have a reservation or do you want a table?" I gently shook my head.

"No need. Um, reservation under the name Camilla?" She looked down on her iPad and then tapped a few keys and looked back at me and nods her head.

"Yes. Follow me please, I'll take you to your table." I followed her through the small gap between the filled tables till we reached an empty one and she gestured for me to sit.

I sat down and cross my leg over the other, my eyes scanning the guests around me. The blonde walks away after telling me that a waiter will be with me soon and I just nod my head without even listening.

The waiter soon arrives, and gave me a menu for the drinks and absentmindedly picked one of the wine options and he walks away. Michael hasn't shown up yet and I was already feeling anxious and uneasy.

There were a lot of reasons why this mission won't go as planned tonight but I was willing to get it done today and now, without having to worry about anything else. He just needs to show up, that's the only thing I'm waiting for right now.

As if right on cue, Michael Grey entered the restaurant and starts talking to the blonde, but then his conversation with her was a bit longer than expected and he was smiling and doing a lot of hand gestures. I rolled my eyes and paid attention to the red wine that was being poured into my wine glass.
