Chapter 19

Andrea looked at me confused her face glistening the moon light into pale blue as I thought not to speak a word from now.
"Alex?" She said as her angry eyes pulled down tears as they fell, tears brimming down her eyes as she started crying. "Andrea?" I said as she ran down towards the garden. I ran behind her but she didn't stop."Andrea!" I screamed again she didn't stop. "Andrea!" I spoke again in a lower voice then before as I neared her.

"What do you want?" She asked not looking at me as she hid her tears but they rolled down rapidly not letting themselves stop at once.

"I-I'm sorry..." I spoke as I felt guilty.
"Look, Alex I'm not mad at you but- you have a girlfriend." She said as she rubbed her eyes and sniffed loudly.
"And I can't betray her?" I asked her now feeling like a guilty bag.
"Y-yes." She said rubbing her cheeks.
"I'm sorry..." I said apologising to her.
"I can forgive you, but can Grace do?" She asked as her eyes fell.
"Forget this kiss okay." She said and smiled.
"Okay..." I said.

I felt like I was guilty and I was in the air. Even though I was hiding the joy behind my words, I felt like I was a guilty bitch.
I walked over to my bed as Alex closed the door behind him and sat next to me.

"Andrea seriously I'm sorry what I did yesterday."

"I forgive you."

"Are you joking?"

"No."

I felt like I was in the air right now, and I wanted to kiss him again, I never really wanted him to regret it.

"Do you regret it?"

It took some time for him to answer.

"I-I don't know."

"But-" I cut him of kissing him on lips.

His lips were malicious, soft and smooth like I thought in my dreams. His hand landed on my waist as I pulled back. "W-why did you do that?" He asked confused in his own emotions.

"Because I don't know. I felt like."

He laughed at my statement. I giggled with him but his hands still grabbed my tiny waist. "I...I wanna confess." I said something grabbing all the courage I had.

"Speak." He said smiling.

"I~" I was cut off by his phone ringing.

"Wait a sec its Grace's." He said taking the call.

He stood there talking to Grace as my eyes flicked open and closed.

"Okay I'll be there."

He said after a couple of minutes of talking to her.

"I gotta go." He said and went.

Why is this Grace coming in between every time I want to talk to him about how much I love him. Ugh!

-----------Alex POV-----------

I rushed to the cafe because Grace called me for some emergency or something. Guess what? I'm worried now. I reached the cafe and hurried inside it. I looked around to find Grace sitting there checking her phone. I walked toward the table and say across from her.

"Hey." I said smiling.

She looked up at me and the. Sighed flipping her phone inside her purse.

"Hi Alex, you are finally here." She said as she partially rolled her eyes.

"Look, I don't know if we can give each other time or something but well, I guess I don't feel like this is a good relationship, you know like I don't really wanna be in this relationship anymore." She said harshly as the words pined to my heart like thorns.

"What do you mean?" I asked confirming.

"In simple words, we are over. I'm breaking up." Grace said harshly. Those simple words made me bleed.

"A- are you sure?" I asked not sounding sad.

"Yes of course! Now I guess we shouldn't meet so I'm going bye take care." She said getting up and leaving I sat there all alone being rejected wasn't my thing but this was harsh and I was going to die within minutes.

I rushed to the car as rage passed through my body. I drove to Andrea's house. She was the only one I could talk to right now.

I reached her house and parked the car and I rang the bell. She came running towards the door and opened it.

"Hi." She said smiling.

"Hi can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Yeah come in." She said as I entered just to find Edward sitting on the couch looking at me.

"Ed's here?" I asked.

"Yup, we were talking about why he was leaving well he had to go home because of somebody's marriage but he is not going anymore!" Andrea said getting happy.

"Oh..." I said and sat across them on the couch.

"Hey buddy, how's it going?" Edward asked me.

"Good." I lied.

"So Grace~" I cut Andrea off and yelled out.

"Don't take her name." I said yelling at her.

"B-but why?" Andrea asked in confusion.

"Because she broke up with me today." I said feeling humiliated because Edward was sitting in front of me.

"What?!" They both said in unity.

"Yup. And I hate her now." I said feeling sad.

Andrea came running to me and rubbed my back saying sweet things and that it would be fine.

Just then Edward got a message and he was hurrying out of the house.

"What's wrong?" Andrea asked.

"I gotta go see you tomorrow." Edward said and left.

------------Andrea's POV.---------------

I was confused with conflicted emotions. Did he love her? No. Okay fine now, why would Grace break up?

"Alex?" I said "why did she break up." I asked smiling at him.

"I-I dunno." Alex said.

"Well, can I stay here for the night or maybe some days?" He asked, with a permission asking look

"Yes, it's your house too. We share it." I said and he smiled, "Thank you, babe." He said smirking.

"Shh." I said putting a finger on his lips.

He opened his mouth to say something but he smacked it back and stared at me.
