Chapter 1- Collide

Sophia's POV

I woke up by the sound of my phone ringing beside me. My eyes are half open as I immediately answer the incoming call without knowing who's the caller. After a second, I heard the pissed voice of my Bestfriend on the other line.

"Pia ! where are you ? I thought we already talk that we won't be la-"

"Oh Kira. I'm sorry" Sh*t she's so annoying. "dont worry I'll be there in 30 minutes." I said as I roll my eyes. Gosh she's been acting like my Mother again.

"Yeah right." She exclaimed. "You always do that Pia. Okay see ya later. Make sure you'll be here in time ! If not I'm going to ki-"

"kick my ass !" I finish. This is going to happen AGAIN. "Yes mother. See you later bye!" I continue, then I ended the call immediately.

I went to my bathroom, brush my teeth, and take a fast shower. After that, I put some clothes. I was wearing a pink plain tee shirt and a pair of jeans. Then put on my Converse. I tie my hair into pony tale. After I finished fixing myself, I examine myself in the mirror. I realize that there's something missing. I put some light make up and a light lipstick.

Perfect. I grab my things and rush out of my room. I enter into the kitchen and saw my Mother cooking something delicious. She's the best. I saw her facing me, wearing her beautiful smile.

"Good morning sweetie." She said while her left hand was place in her hips, and the right one was holding a spatula.

"Morning Mom" I said as I kiss her in her cheeks. In that moment, I saw my father enter in the kitchen. Holding a news paper.

"Hi there Princess" Dad greeted. I smile in what dad called me. He used to call me that pet name since when I was a child. Until now he still used to call me "Princess"

I smile at him as a response. Then he smiled back. Mom set the food at the table. I only eat less because Kira was waiting for me.. So I bid my goodbye to my parents then give them kiss on their cheeks. And
decided to take a cab.

It's our first day in our new school as a Senior students in Mitz Academy. Yes we're a transfered students. Actually we decided to transfer because Kira was expelled from our old school after she get accused for cutting classes. That's why I also decided to dropped out at that school, so that we can be together. Silly right? But I want to be with her wherever she was, because I love her.

In a few minutes of walking for the School is just a walking distance, I arrived as I scan my phone. Kira's not here.. where would she be? She didn't text me either.

I start to walking to my locker hurriedly, when someone hit me but I'm sure they plan to hit me, and I landed on the floor, my face frowning with agony. Still recovering from pain I felt on my butt, still I can't get up. My whole body are getting numb and heavy. I scan the ground only to see that my books are scattered everywhere. I sigh. Damn it!
What a lucky day Pia.

I was still sitting on the floor, when I heard someone laughing evilly at me. I stand and try to survey him, only to find out that he's the one who hit me a while ago! Then anger rush through my veins. I narrow my eyes at him, as my fist tighten like I wanna punch him hard.

"How dare you!" I was very mad.. I eyed him suspiciously. "You jerk! Don't you have a conscience? You hit me but you didn't even bother to help me get up!" I scowled. He's looking at me as he's examining me from head to toe. Oh damn! Why is that, I feel so insulted by his glares?

Seriously what is really his problem? What a stupid jerk! But he's a good looking jerk huh? And I just notice that. No erase erase, erase. No way, Pia! He don't deserve your compliment! He hit you right? You must be mad at him!

The arrogant jerk smirked. He's even wearing his grin, made my heart thump faster. Even my knees is now shaking, and what the hell? Why?! Doesn't mean he has that messy brown hair and perfect set of eyes and acts like Prince, doesn't mean I'll kneel.

"Next time, watch your way!" He stated coldly.

What watch my way? Are you kidding me ?

"Excuse me, Mister je-"

"No one tried to shout at me!" he answered angrily made me took a step back.

Suddenly he held me closer to him. My eyes widen in shock as I look at his eyes. I didn't notice a while ago that he's really handsome, though he looks mad, but all of a sudden, his face turn calm. I don't know why but I can't help but stare at his perfect features- brow hair, blue eyes, perfect lips. I must be insane at this point!

What is really happening to me ?

I was frozen in my spot, I don't know what to say. I felt relieved when he slowly distance his face away from mine, but still I can't take my eyes off of him. I was slightly confused when he held my hand. He's wearing a playful grin on his face, I felt my knees weak. It was the sweetest gesture I encounter in my life, I haven't even thought that my mouth slightly opened.

His eyes not leaving mine, when I realize he handed something. My eyes widen as my jaw clenched, when I saw what he had just given me. WHAT?? he gave me a hanky. I narrow my eyes at him still confused, when he slowly lean closer to my ears, then I shiver. My stomach start to flip.

"There's a saliva coming out of your mouth! Wipe it" With that, he walked away while laughing evilly. His laughs echoing, made my blood boil!
