Sophia's POV
After our classes, I decided to go to our library. About what happened this morning, I was proud of myself because of what I did. Well, I got my revenge though and I'm glad.
Anger was painted all over Threat's face as I remember. Well good thing, I didn't see him this afternoon. I'm sure he's been hiding in his shell right now! I enter at our library with a smile on my face.
I saw Kira, she's with Rain. Her partner, at our English class. They're doing something and they're so serious about it.
Actually, she already introduce me to Rain, just this morning. She's always talking about him and I think she likes him. Rain is nice he's also a transfer student but I heard he's from Toronto.
"Hi guys. Can I join you?" I interrupted. Leaning my hands on the table. Kira's innocent eyes stare at me, and she smile widely.
"Of course join us." Rain said giving me a smile. I cleared my throat before I sat beside Kira, and put my books on the table. She smiled at me.
"He's going to take a revenge against you Pia." She said. "Rain know him and he always do whatever he wants." She was looking at me worriedly. Now I hate this!
I turned facing Rain and he was sitting in front of Kira, he nod at me.
"And you know me too." I answer. You know how I fight and stand until the end, and no one could ever tame me except my parents. I gave her a reassuring smile. She rolled her eyes. I like the way she care for me. Though she's over protective, I still love her so much.
It is already 3:30 in the afternoon when we talked and they bid there goodbye. They told me, they'll just do some hung-outs, and I can't come with them because, I have to finish my research. I was sitting alone, while reading my books.
"If you don't mind, can I join you?" Some unfamiliar voice interrupted.
I lift my head slowly. Then I saw a guy smiling at me, exposing his dimples. I gasped. Am I dreaming? Gosh, Is he real ? He's Threat's friend. Does Threat send him here, to make his revenge?
Oh no!
I was studying him. This guy, he has a brown eyes, a dimples making him handsome when he smile, I think he's nice, and lastly he is blonde. What the hell? Why am I fantasizing?
Compare to Threat, Threat has a blue eyes, He doesn't have a dimples but he still looks handsome. His feature could ever make every girls drop their jaw. He's stubborn, but He looks perfect, with his brown hair.
Why are you Comparing them Pia? Perfect? Perfectly Evil, I guess!
"Uhmm.. May I ?" He said, trying to read my mind. I blushed. Now my imagination fade.
It's okay Pia. Maybe he just want you to be his friend.
I set my thoughts aside, and gave him a smile. "Sorry.. Okay." I muttered. At the other table, I heard them murmuring. I rolled my eyes.
"Thanks.. Sophia right?" He smiled back. He really looks cute with his dimple exposing. He's staring at me. Now I can't help but blush.
"Yes. But you can call me Pia."
"Nice to meet you Pia. By the way I'm Luke Carson." He sat beside me. Then I blush again. There's a silence between us. I was staring at him, he was busy reading his book.
"What are you staring at?" Still his eyes are on his book. I blink two times. What the hell, Pia?!
"Oh sorry I can't help it." Did I just say that? Damn those big mouth of yours Pia!
"Why? you can't resist my charm?" He said placing his face, closer to mine. His nose were almost touching mine. Shit I was blushing again.
"Uhmm.. I-" What are you doing?
"Just kidding" he interrupted.
He slowly pull his face away from me, and focus on his book. If I knew he's also a playboy. I wonder if he has a girlfriend?
Whew.. that was close!
It's getting late. I fix my stuff and put it in my bag. Then I heard my phone buzz. It's a message from my mother.
From: Mom
"It's getting late sweetie. Go home safe. I cooked your favorite. Love you"
I smiled after I read her message.
To: Mom.
"I'm on my way mom. Love you too"
I put my phone back in my bag. And saw Luke smiled. He was about to leave too.
"Want a ride? I can take you home, If you want." He said. How can I reject a Playboy? So if this is a blessing I won't hesitate to go with him.
"Well if you say so. Thank you Luke." I smile shyly.
We were walking, while chatting then in a few minute we approach his BMW and He opened the passenger's seat for me. But before I enter inside his car, I gave him a smile and close the door. I give him our address, then he started to drive.
"So, how's your family?" Luke asked breaking the silence. And I'm playing with my fingers.
I cleared my throat. "They're good. How about yours?" I mumble, and he just chuckle.
"Same." That's the last thing we talk about until we reached our house. He pulled his car in front of our house, but I decided not to step out.
I turned to face him. "How'd you know my name?" I asked.
He didn't answer. He was just looking at me studying my face. First he stared at my eyes, then transfer to my lips. Maybe there's a dirt? Stop assuming Pia. He's "somebody", but you're "nobody".
I sigh. "Well?" I ask to interrupt him. I need an answer though. I saw him blink. There's a pose, like he's thinking something deep.
"Threat talks about you." He answered. What? The jerk talked about me? Maybe it's because, he's planning to take a revenge! I stared at him gaping.
"Oh him!" I laugh loudly, remembering what happened this morning. He looks at me with wide eyes.
"Oh I'm sorry." I said trying to hide my laughter.
"You're the feisty girl I've ever know." He said in a soft tone. I gasped when he motioned his face closer to mine. I was looking at his eyes, and his looking at mine too. I was freezing. My right hand now is holding on my seat very tight. My heart is beating fast. What is he doing? Is he going to kiss me? He pulled away, and he's smiling. Damn! I thought... I thought. Never mind. Another humiliation!
"Thanks for the ride." I said. My voice are shaken. I step out of the car immediately.
I was standing outside in front of his car, to wave. Then he started the ignition. I was about to turn back, when I heard him said something. My heart still beating fast.
"Now I know why he likes you."
