Sophia's POV

I woke up, by the sound of my alarm. I yawn, and sat on my bed. I sighed, after that, I get off of my bed and stretch my self. It's Saturday, 8:30 am. Today's the birthday of Vanessa. I don't have a gift for her, so I decided to bake her some Red velvet Cake. I rushed downstairs, and ready my utensils and my, ingredients in baking. I put all the ingredients in a huge bowl, and mix it. After I done everything, I put it in the oven, and set a timer.

I sighed in relief. I grab some cereals and a fresh milk for my breakfast. I sat at the chair, leaning my right elbow at the counter table. Because it's Saturday, my Parents have gone for work. They're at our pastry shop. Oh I didn't mention that. My mom used to bake and that's the reason why I know how to bake.

Later, I heard the timer. So I gather the pot holder, and get the cake out of the oven. I design the cake with an Icing putting on top of it a word. "Happy birthday Vanessa!" I smiled at my design. And last, I put it in the Cake box, and put a red ribbon on it.

I grab a pen and a small greeting card and wrote their. Actually, I'm not good at words. I giggled, and start wrote their.

"Happy birthday Van! I wish you a happy life with Luke :-D LOL. And more and more birthdays to come. God bless :-) Oh, one more thing I hope you'll like this simple gift of mine. Love ya :-*

I smiled, and place it on top of the cake box. Oh great! After I done everything, I quickly went upstairs, enter in my room, grab my towel and get a quick shower rinsing my sweat.

I wrap my body with towel and grab my pink undies, with matching bra. I decided to wear a purple skater skirt, and a white tee shirt, printed with Hello Kitty, tucking it in. Yeah! For a change. Then, I put my purple converse on. Cool!

In that moment, I heard my phone ringing on the table. I immediately grab it. Kyle's calling, so I press the answer button. I heard him smirked on the other line.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hello Kitty!" He exclaimed on the other line, earning a laughed from me. "Kyle, why'd you call me that? I'm not a cat!" I giggled.

"Well, you're voice's cute! Like a cat!" He laughed.

I smirked. "Shut up! Jerk!" I yelled, earning a chuckled from him.

He scoffed. "Sorry, I'm on my way to pick you up. Threat gave me your address." He stated. "Oh, that's great, just text me if you're already here." I rolled my eyes.

"Nah! Aright! I'll hung up. Bye!"

"Hey-" Oh! He's rude. He already hung up. I sighed, and dry my hair, using a blower, and put a braid at the left side of my hair. I didn't put some make up only a lip gloss. I smiled at my reflection as I scanned it in the mirror.

I'm almost ready!
