Victoria sighed. It was a nice house. A big house. It certainly wasn't their British Manor, but it was the same size so who can complain? She can. Victoria most certainly can complain. Her parents at least tried to make it feel like their historical British manor with the stone exterior and comfy couches... But the house is just so... American. And she'll probably be the only witch here with a British accent. At least the manor is right outside the only all magic town in the midwest- Melimer Creek. The house is still within the magical protective limits of the town, so they can use magic all they want. Once she's all unpacked, she'll take Oliver and wander around the town.

"Are you almost done?" Oliver ran into her new room and whined.

"Ollie you asked me that five minutes ago. I think I saw a creek outback. I also think I heard mom say that miniature river horned serpents might live there. You should go see."

Ollie's eyes lit up and his excitable eleven-year-old self ran like a bat out of hell to the back door. Like mother like son... Tori chuckled and took her wand out.

Victoria loved her wand and her wand loved her. It was applewood with a horned serpent horn core. This was extremely rare back at Hogwarts- but she could at least be comforted that a wand like this would be less brow-raising at Wolfmount. She was told a million times that with a wand like that, she'll be a powerful witch. Minister of Magic Weasley even told her that. Yet she couldn't wave her wand and all of the boxes will be empty and her items in her new places- not like her mom or dad or Hermione Weasley could do...

Most of all, Victoria would miss Rose Weasley... Her sweet dear Gryffindor... And yeah she guesses Hugo and Albus and Scorpius and Lily... At least the troublemaker of the bunch- James, graduated... Albus and Scorpius still somehow find themselves in trouble while the rest laugh at their antics.

Victoria stopped her levitation to let out a tear. She would even miss Scorpius the brat... The tear turned into a sob.

"Oh, Tori!" Her mom cooed behind her. She turned around and threw herself at her mother. "I know change is hard. But dad is gonna love his job and I'm gonna love mine and you and Ollie are gonna love Wolfmount."

She only continued to cry and her mother continue to hold her. A couple of minutes later, Victoria's tears slowed, leaving her face sticky but she smiled at her mom. Her mom smiled back and soon they were finishing unpacking Tori's room.

Tori smiled at her bedroom. It had tons of pinks, creams, and lights that flickered like fire levitating around the room. It also had a small fireplace. It wouldn't be connected to the floo network- her parents decided only one fireplace in the house should be and that would be in the living space. But the fireplace was just enough to remind her of Hogwarts and its countless fireplaces. Even in the Ravenclaw common room where she spent most of her time, there was a small fireplace or two tucked away in nooks and crannies around.

"Now come downstairs. Your father and I have presents for you and Ollie before you go off to explore Melimer.

Their living room was luxurious and cream-colored. It had a stone accent wall that went all the way up the tall vaulted ceiling. On that accent wall was a fireplace large enough to floo in and out of. Hanging on that stone wall was a pretty glass bowl of floo powder.

Hanging on the simple cream wall opposite to the fireplace was... a muggle TV? And in the middle of their lovely living room were two giant gifts with two smaller ones on top.

"What are we muggles now?" Tori said with a sneer.

"We're in America. If we were, we would no nomajes," her father joked right back.

"It's a brand new item for American wizards. It looks like a muggle TV but it only offers magic programs like news, entertainment, music. All magic. So open your presents!" Her mom smiled.
