The road was busy for it being 9 in the morning. Sun and Samuel sat in the back of a cab as they drove down several streets and back alleys, the car ride seemed to last a long time.

When Sun looked at her at her watch, they had been driving for two hours!

"Where are we?" She asked looking out the window and seeing rolling hills covered in green grass, no snow, no ice.

"Oh, jut somewhere that's not here." Samuel replied staring out the opposite window. His voice sounded far away, like he was in a dream.

Sun looked back out the window then down at her hands. She held a small necklace. It was a locket, shaped in a circle and was covered in rust. It wasn't the prettiest things she owned, but she loved it all the same. She tapped the top of the locket and it opened slightly. She pulled it open all the way and sadly smiled as she looked at the small snowflake inside.

Jack had given the necklace to her, when he woke up on Sun's fire escape he saw Sun standing over him. He sat up and took the locket out of his pocket and smiled. "It's for you Elina."

A tear landed on the locket and Sun closed it. She thought about Jack the rest of the way there.

"Elina, get up, we're here." Sun opened her eyes and looked up. Samuel had woken her up, she got up and walked out of the car, and saw the biggest house she had ever seen!

Samuel had grabbed her bags and was headed toward the door.

"Where, exactly, is here?" She asked.

"Our base," Samuel said, throwing Sun's pillow at her, "Now pick up that pillow and let's go."

Sun grabbed the pillow and thought about the picture and the note, she'd have to check inside.

They walked down the long winding driveway, the grass was green, the driveway black, the huge house white. It looked like the scene should be in a postcard. "Wish you were here!"

They opened the door and something small and sparkly flew past Sun, brushing her right ear.

The sound seemed to shimmer, ripple within itself.

"Sorry!" The thing yelled, Sun could barely hear it, "Are you the new Legend?" The voice sounded loud and clear as if the creature was next to her but when Sun looked around, the thing was by Samuel.

"Hey! Get back!" Sam yelled, waving his hands as if he was trying to squish a fly.

The thing flew around his head and laughed, then flew off down a corridor.

"What was that?" Sun asked.

"That was Fae."

"Who?"

"Let's go to your room." Samuel said, already turning down a corridor. Sun followed quickly behind, ready to see her room.

{}{}{}

Sam opened the door and Sun gasped. The room was huge! The walls were the color of a sunset; pink, purple, blue, gold. There was a bunk bed, it looked comfortable and warm, there was a single window. It took up almost the entire main wall, a warm glow lit the room.

Sun noticed there wasn't a single light, all the light in her room came from the big window.

The bunk bed was to the left of the door. The bottom bunk could fit two people and was soft and comfortable while the top was only for one person and was a water bed. How that was possible Sun didn't know.

"Do you like it?" Samuel asked and made Sun jump.

"It's awesome!" She turned to face him.

"Haha good!" Someone laughed. Sun looked around and saw a girl on her water bed.

"Who are you?" Sun asked.

The girl jumped down from the bed without even glancing at the ladder. She had long brown hair that was styled for the 1930s, she had 1950s purple glasses with the studs on the side of the lens, she had a black and white plaid shirt with hot pink suspenders and a cute hot pink skirt to match.

"I'm Molly Thatch." She stuck out her hand that had a mustache ring and hot pink nails to match her skirt.

Sun shook her hand and realized she wore an old t-shirt and jeans. She felt plain.

"I designed your room, of course." She grinned, revealing hot pink and purple braces.

"Fae go back to training. You're not here to chat." Samuel cut into Molly/Fae's rant about how cool Sun's room was.

"Come on! Sandy!" She whined, "That's not fair!"

He pointed to the door and the girl seemed to float out of the room.

"Molly or Fae?" Sun asked.

"Tooth Fairy."
