tight feeling in my chest
suffocating me as i try to fall asleep
loud beating in my head
hurting me as i try to follow their speach
heavy weight in my stomach
not letting me fully give in
meaningless words in my brain
distracting me, not letting me live
cant all this just stop
at least for one night
