let me tell you about my morning-
i woke up, was lazy, didn't want to get out of bed, cried, almost had a panic attack.
i listened to my sad hours playlist and didn't know what to do.
then (i don't know how) i made myself get up and change music to some random motivation playlist.
i washed my face, brushed my teeth, drank water and put on my clothes for working out.
then i stretched out a bit, still not wanting to do all that, but i obviously know it's good for me.
i worked out for 15 minutes (i was supposed to work out for 20, but i just couldn't do it for some reason.)
i drank some water and then i stretched out again.
i did some slight yoga and then meditated for 5-6 minutes.
then i had a little manifesting session, even though the only thing that came to mind was manifesting good results on my exams.
now i am going to shower, eat some fruit because i want it, and either talk to some friends or study.
i'm feeling so much better and i love that for me.
