"E-Excuse me, e-everyone," Tsumiki calls out, standing in the center of the restaurant in front of everyone, "I-I would like to formally apologize for putting that k-killing game virus inside the p-program. I-I was heavily under E-Enoshima's influence a-and in a l-lot of Despair, although that is really no excuse."

Imposter smiles, tossing a lock of black hair over their shoulder. "Mikan, we've been over this hundreds of times already; we forgive you. That was all Enoshima's fault, not yours."

"Yeah." Everyone else chimes in with agreement, even Saionji to everyone's surprise.

The purple-haired girl looks like she's going to burst into tears. "Thank you!" She wails, tears streaming down her face, "I really don't deserve this!"

Hinata smiles. "Mikan, come sit down. Your waffles are going to get cold without you." He calls.

The nurse sniffs. "R-Really? Are you all sure? Because I-I mean-"

"Hurry up and sit before we change our mind, you trashy pig!"

   "Eek! O-Okay, I'm coming, p-please forgive me!"

"Good afternoon, Naegi." Hinata greets the small Ultimate Hope tightly as he disembarks the Future Foundation boat.

The former Remnants, Mitarai and Hinata had been trying to adjust to their new island life for a couple days now. Every day it became increasingly obvious that recovery wasn't going to be easy and they're all messed up in their own special ways.

The other day, Naegi had sent him an email stating that he was coming by boat to bring some supplies and make sure everyone is settling in nicely.

Hinata and Naegi are still quite awkward around each other, lingering tension trying to fade but not fading that fast, unfortunately.

Naegi smiles awkwardly. "Hello, Hinata-san. I come bearing clothing and food. And some old friends."

   "Friends?" The brunet repeats cautiously.

"Ah, I'll send them your way when they wake up, they're napping right now."

"Um, Ultimate Hope-san, sir?" Komaeda asks nervously, "The children, The Warriors Of Hope. . .did anyone find them? A-Are they okay?"

Naegi's eyes soften. "No matter what they did to you, you still cared about them, huh?"

He nods back hesitantly. "I. . .may be a Warriors Of Hope Apologist." He admits.

Naegi smiles. "We got 'em. All five of them, in fact. They're okay. In fact," He continues, "They're in their own special version of the Neo World Program-and there's no virus, we quadruple-checked. They'll be out and should all be cured in a couple of days. . .We want them to live, recover, and atone here on Jabberwock Island as well, so they'll probably come with me on my next visit." He explains.

Komaeda's eyes brighten. "Really?! Oh, that's wonderful, thank you, Naegi-san! I'd really love to see them again!"

Hinata's eyes narrow. ". . .You were their slave, Nagito."

"By my own choice and in name only," Komaeda reminds him cheerfully, "And you didn't seem to mind so much when I freed you from their Demon Hunting game. Besides, I was working with Monaca. I was untouchable and they really weren't that bad."

Hinata folds his arms over his chest. "You're seriously weird, Nagito."

"Now, Now, Hajime, we're all getting a second chance here, it's fair that they do as well, yes? Why are you doubting our children?"
