Things went pretty smoothly after that, Louis went to his sessions and Harry spoke to him like he did all the other inmates

Though Louis gave nothing away

Harry even spent extra time with him, like at their lunch break when Louis refused to eat. Harry would spend time talking to him

He even tried to persuade him, with alternate lunches, private showers and anything else that he could think of

But Louis wouldn't give in

He'd told Harry that he believed that he wouldn't tell anybody about what Louis told him, but he couldn't bring himself to trust Harry. Not with what he would say to others, but of how he would feel about Louis after he'd told Harry everything. Therefore he told him nothing

This frustrated Harry, and he told Louis that he wouldn't judge, or pity him because of what had happened. But Louis didn't seem to believe him

"Harry! Harry!" Liam called, bursting into Harry's room

"Woah! What is it?" Harry asked, startled

"Malik's case is tomorrow! I forgot! Please don't tell me you've forgot as well because Niall did!" Liam said quickly

"Holy shit! That was tomorrow?" Harry exclaimed and Liam continued to panic

"Okay, let me get this straight. We all forgot about Malik's court case and now it's tomorrow

"I guess so" Harry bit his lip guilty, he'd spent too much time worrying about Tomlinson's case

"He bloody reminded me himself!" Liam ran his hand through his hair "Mr.Payne is it still my court date tomorrow?" He imitated Zayn

"Don't worry! I have a statement written about him having a shorter sentence, and having community service instead" Harry sighed

"Okay, you can read out that. We can get his lawyer, who will undoubtedly come up with something brilliant" Liam sighed "Niall can use his previous evidence because we didn't use it last time and I'll get Paul to write me something" He said quickly

Paul was also on Zayns case with the three boys

"You think he'll do it?" Harry asked

"Yeah, it's his favorite case at the moment. Actually, it's his only case since Evans got let out" Liam said "He's got a lot of free time now"

"Well, now that its sorted I'm less stressed!" Harry smiled "Do you know which courtroom it's in?"

"I'm not sure yet" Liam shrugged "I hope he gets let out though"

"Me too but he probably won't. He'll at least have four more years" Harry paused "He's got nine out of ten left but I'm going to try convince them to half it"

"And becaue it's you, they'll probably do it" Liam grinned

"Hopefully" Harry nodded

"Okay, I best be off. I'll go tell Niall the plans and the I'll go see Paul" Liam smiled, turning around

"Pop by later, it gets lonely in here" Harry complained

"I will" Liam promised, leaving Harry's office

Harry sighed and got out the statement he'd written on Zayns release, and read through it. Checking grammar, spelling and anything else he could improve

I believe, after spending a lot of time with Mr.Malik, that he holds a lot of remorse for what he has done. Many think that there was more people involved in the crime which took place, but I think otherwise. Through what I know about him, and what I have learned. Mr.Malik isn't lying. He has confessed as guilty. But I don't think the sentence was as just as it originally seemed, and in my opinion it should be shortened from ten years to five years. In the tapes caught at the crime scene you can almost see the worry and angst on his face. Almost as if he was pressured into this. It would make sense because of the previous crimes that their gang had committed with out him overal-
