It was around midnight when Wade heard the front door open. It had been almost an hour since he texted Henry. At least he made it in one piece.
He heard footsteps on the stairs followed by Henry's face showing up in the doorway. He motioned for him to come lay down. Smiling, he did.
"Hey," Wade whispered.
"Hey."
"You finally made it."
"Yep." He lifted Colin into his lap, being careful not to wake him.
Wade was exhausted, but he was determined to make sure Henry made it home safely. Finally relieved, with his lovers at his side, he rested his head on Henry's shoulder, drifting off easily.
