Just as I thought everything was about to be over, the man behind me was lifted off the ground and thrown onto the floor. It was the alien. It swung it's giant arm into me, knocking me to the ground. That's when everything went black. The last thing I heard was Gabriel, yelling my name.
*Gabriel's POV*
I saw Y/N getting knocked onto the floor by the alien. I yelled her name and ran over to her, dragging her away as quickly as I could.
"Grab her! Come on!" I said to Alex, Zehn Zehn and Dariush. They took her from my arms and lay her down on the ground. She was unconscious.
I suddenly thought of an idea. This could hold off the alien for a while so we could get away. I stand up and run closer to the alien.
"Zehn Zehn! Pass me the glow sticks!" I yell to her. She throws them and I catch them, breaking them so they glow.
"Hey!" I call to the alien. Everyone starts shouting and asking me what I'm doing. I ignore all their voices and focus on getting the aliens attention. It turns around, making direct eye contact with me. I start making my way across the sheet that had been placed over across the pool and just as I get to the end, the weight of the alien breaks the sheet. The alien falls into the water and we all watch it sink.
"Oh shit, it worked, Gabriel!" Alex cheered.
"Come on, we've got to go now," Zehn Zehn says. I look to Y/N who is lying peacefully on the floor. Although she's unconscious she still looks beautiful. Her hair has fallen out of the messy bun she had in and is now spread out on the cold stone ground.
I stroke her forehead, "it's gonna be okay, let's get you up."
She is as light as a feather, so it was no struggle at all getting her off the ground. I held her bridal style as we walked over to the nearest tree and rested her against the trunk.
"You okay, Y/N?" Zehn Zehn asked her. She nodded her head slightly and blinked a few times before opening her eyes fully.
"What happened?" She asked in a raspy voice.
I sighed in relief and we all hugged her.
