"Hey Alannah" I said walking to Remi's living room. She looked up at me from her phone and scrunched up her face in confusion.

"Your back?" She said.

"Yeah" I replied awkwardly

"Be nice" Remi said coming in behind me.

"I am, I'm just shocked that the same girl keep coming back are y'all together or something" she asked looking at Remi and I looked at him too.

"Uhh not yet.... mind yo business" he said and we both laughed. He looked at his phone and looked back up at us.

"I acc have something I have to do right now my bad" he said.

"But you said you was gonna take me shopping" Alannah said looking annoyed.

"Fiyya do you mind taking her to the mall please I really have to go to the studio right now" he said looking at me hopefully. I stared at him for a second because I knew he was up to something.

"If your down I'm down" I said to Alannah and she agreed.

"Good" he said smiling and handed us both a stack of money "have fun"

"Soo how long have you been talking to my brother" Alannah said when we got out the car.

"A couple months" I replied and then we walking into the mall.

"You know my brother don't bring females around me so he must really like you" she said.

"I like him too" I smiled.

"Well you should know that my brother is protective over me and I come first. So if I don't like you, your gone" she said with a serious mean look on her face. I nodded in confusion but didn't say anything.

"Alright let's go to Victoria secret I need some bras" she said and I agreed.

We shopped for a few hours the took a break and went to the food court. I got Wendy's and she got Burger King and we sat down at a table. Things were kind of awkward between us and we didn't speak much at all.

I looked at my phone and read a text from Remi.

I put my phone down and started eating my food.

"Finished talking shit about me?" Alannah asked looking up at me.

"I wasn't talking shit about you" I sighed.

"Well I know you was texting my brother and I doubt you had anything good to say"

"Girl please I'm trying to be nice which is not something I do too often"

"I just want to know why your here" she said with attitude giving me a death stare.

"To shop" I said looking confused.
