Coach blows the whistle and we run over, ready for our next drill. "McCall.." he looks at me, and points to my brother.  "... that McCall and Stilinski, grab the long sticks. You're covering goal for two-on-ones. Let's go, line it up." The two grab the sticks while everyone puts on their helmets. I had no idea what the boys had planned, and I don't really want to know either.

Garrett stands in first as Coach blows his whistle. Garrett runs towards the boys and spins off of Stiles, but Scott hits his stick, making him lose the ball. I smile and as Coach cheers. "That's my boys!" Scott and Stiles do some type of handshake as the next player lines up. The boys block each one, getting more confident. I stood behind Liam, who was about to take his turn. The whistle blows and he runs, dodging Scott and Stiles, swinging to make a goal. I laugh lightly in his success and get ready for my turn.

"Ten bucks on Scott and Stiles!" Malia yells from the stands and I step back, knowing Coach will always take a bet. I run to the bench, grabbing water that was near Kira and Malia. Liam goes again, dodging Stiles, but this time Scott decks him, making him fall in pain, not being able to walk.

Coach's anger surfaced. "You guys take a lap. Run! Run around the field!" Coach bends down, grabbing a ball. "Stupid!" Coach throws it and I reach my stick out, catching it inches from Malia's face while I drank my water. "Oh." Coach says putting his hand on his mouth. "Wow! Nice catch little McCall! Throw it back!"

I wasn't sure if he thought I was stupid, but I throw it, hitting him in the stomach. I put my hand to my mouth and run over. "Sorry Coach."

Coach looks up. "No, no, it's fine. After seeing you today, you're on the team. You might be just as good as Liam. You're allowed in the locker room as long as you change in a stall, I don't need you distracting the boys now."

I smile and laugh. "Thanks Coach. I'm going to go check on Liam and the boys."

I run off the field, grabbing my bag and stick. I run into the locker room, changing back into my blue crop top and black leggings. I find Stiles and Liam by the school entrance, Liam on the floor in pain. I jog over, looking Liam over. He only had one cleat on and was still in his practice clothes.

"How are you?" I ask crouching to his level.

He sits up more. "Quite shitty. My ankle is killing me." He looks up at me, examining me. "Hey, you're the girl on the lacrosse team right?"

I make eye contact. "Yeah. That's me."

"You're really good, you showed a lot of people up. Maybe even team captain." Liam glances at Stiles and Stiles rolls his eyes.

I put my hand on his shoulder, comforting him. "You're not too bad yourself. Maybe you'll be team captain." I stand and look at Stiles. "What are you doing?"

Stiles drags his hand down his face in annoyance. "We're taking him to the hospital. I'm just waiting for Scott. Is that okay with you, Myla?"

I glare at him. If Liam wasn't here, I would've thrown him into another city. Stiles has been getting in my nerves recently, slightly agitating me. Deep inside, the feeling of hate surfaced for Stiles, and I'm not sure why. Maybe is was because of his choice with Malia. Or maybe I realized that Stiles and I don't go together.

I held the door open while Scott and Stiles helped Liam into the hospital. They both had one of Liam's arms around their shoulders, supporting him. I stood at the desk, leaning my elbows on the surface. "Hi, can you tell me where Melissa McCall is?" The young lady flips through some papers until my mom emerges from the corner. She looked quite mad that we brought an injured kid. "Hi Mom." I form a thin smile, pressing my lips together while Stiles and Scott wave.

My mom grabbed a wheelchair and helped Liam sit, his face showing anger, sadness, and even embarrassment. My mom wheels him away, insuring Liam that he'll be okay while Scott, Stiles, and I stand back, watching him go.

Stiles claps quietly. "I got to get going. I promised Malia I'd help her study." He looks at me, but I quickly look down.

Scott nods. "Okay. I want to stay to check up on him anyways."

Stiles starts to walk away but stops, turning back to us. "I don't have to tell you that it wasn't your fault, right?" Scott stays silent. "Scott, if you used any wolf power, that kid wouldn't be limping, he'd be crawling back to the other half of his body."

Scott looks down. "If I hadn't been so worried about being captain, he wouldn't be hurt either."

I sigh. "It's okay to want something for yourself once and awhile Scott. You're still only human." I look at Stiles and he nods, appreciating the support in his talk.

"Okay, I'm going to go." Stiles starts to walk away.

"Stiles?" I call out, regretting it instantly. He stops and turns to me. "Could you give me a ride to the school? My car is there." He nods and I hug my brother goodbye before jogging up next to Stiles.

Most of the ride was quiet, Stiles didn't want to say anything because he knew it would start some type of fight, which had become normal. Stiles says something, it turns into a fight. Malia gets mentioned, another fight. It's endless fights that Stiles and I have had since Mexico.

Although I've been questioning a few actions made by him, like how he yelled at me when I went into the desert without any backup. Also, it was a little weird how Malia didn't understand how Stiles and I talked telepathically, I don't think she knows about it.

"Does Malia know?" I bluntly ask.

Stiles looks at me. "Know what?"

I sigh and look out my window. "Us."

I could feel Stiles's anger and nerves. "There is no us Myla."

I look at him. "Yes there is."

He looks at me. "No, there's not."

"You're telling me this is nothing?" I didn't necessarily want to have this conversation right now, but we were already too deep.

"Myla, we're friends, that's it." Stiles states sharply.

I raise my voice. "Then what was that goodbye you gave me? Was it just for fun?" Stiles doesn't say anything. "You said she was just a friend when you kissed me in your room. And no one will tell me what you said at the party! So we're nothing? Stiles, what was that if we are nothing?" I felt tears prick up in my eyes but I refused to let them fall.

"It was a mistake!" Stiles yells loudly. "I never should have done it! You're nothing but a friend to me, that's it."

I finally let my tears fall. Complete abandonment and anger washed over me. I felt my power growing inside of me as my sadness and anger built up. I felt my eyes glow and I stick my hands out, purple mist surrounding them. I grab each tire with my power and make them stop, the Jeep coming to a screeching stop. I use my power to swing the door open and I walk away angrily, using my power to slam the door shut, a crack in the glass forming. I hear Stiles yell in the Jeep, for my power was restricting him from exiting. The school was only a few blocks away, making my walk easy.
