GAME night happened in a blur. Ranging from her losing her cleats last minute to Phineas tagging along trying to look cool in the sea of teenagers with his friends. Her parents never attend school activities; she stopped asking since Wallace always came.

Monday morning began with a school bus in ruins splattered with blood. Seems very animalistic to her. It stills bugs her Wallace got to meet the Derek Hale.

"It's still not far you met him," Emily commented, slipping a ham sandwich onto her tray since nothing else looked good enough to eat. The lunch ladies barely paid attention too busy talking amongst themselves.

"If it means that much to you, then you can tell the whole world," Wallace decided, plastic forks scratching quietly against themselves as he searches for a clean one. A fruit cup is their healthiest snack.

"No," She grumbled, shoulders slouched slight. "It wouldn't be able to make it sound believable."

"Make what sound believable," Danny asked. He stood besides her, his go to friendly smile aimed for her brother. "Hey, you joining us for lunch?"

"Sure," Wallace agreed, compelled by his teeth shining. It made her press her lips, nothing better than sitting at the same table with him and Scott. Being inside whatever happened in that bus couldn't be more painful than this moment.

"Is it a best friend thing to hate boyfriends," Allison inquired, stepping in front of her before she could ditch them to sit at the corner of any table with crackling strangers on the other end.

"Could be," Emily replied. Today feels weird. It's all in the air. Scott removed his bag for Allison, she took the only seat left besides Stiles. He bopped his head, cheeks pinched back in a smile. She didn't have it in her to return it so he turned to Danny, picking up a red apple and earned the same reaction. Out of all the tables, this had to be this one.

"Get up," Jackson demanded, a red tray in one hand and eyes on the pale kid sitting at the head table besides Lydia.

"How come you never ask Danny to get up?" He complained, looking up at him. She lost interest in him quite quick, he fawn her with attention and became clingy real quick. It disgusts her sometimes.

"Because I don't stare at his girlfriend's coin slot," Danny answered, his green apple raised and shared a beam with Lydia. Also, that's another reason. Jackson shoved him off the seat, "So, I hear they're saying its some type of animal attack. Probably a cougar."

"We still on for a study session, Em?" The poor nickname rolling off his tongue made her mouth curl, her rolling eyes caught Allison's raised eyebrow. It wasn't meant to be an everyday thing.
