About an hour later, I went back to the motel to start gathering some information about the most recent disappearances. I entered the room, but something seemed off about....well everything.

The room felt tense, and as I looked more closely I could see there were things that had been moved around. I scanned the room, and searched every inch of it, including the bathroom, but I failed to find any sign of an intruder. I must be paranoid. I went to set my things on the table, when I saw something that caught my eye

A piece of paper that wasn't small enough to slip under a door. I opened it and read the note.

"You're on your own? Well that's not new for you. If you want to know where to find the girl, then I'll give you a hint. It's some sort of medical building on the business side of Princeton. Sorry for being all cryptic, but you wanted to do this alone, so I'm letting you do this one by yourself."

Good Luck.

I averted my eyes from the note, and blinked a few times in utter confusion. This couldn't be anyone else except for the person who helped us with the note before. What confused me the most was how this person, whoever they are, knew about my knack of working alone.

"A Medical building? That has to be a hospital." I noted. Could I really trust this person? I thought about how this person's last note had helped us out, and there was no trap involved. I folded the piece of paper and gently placed it on the side table next to my bed.

I then picked up my phone, and started searching for old hospitals in Princeton. After only a few minutes of searching online, behold that there was only one old hospital, and it was on the outskirts of the business area of the city.

I started thinking about my plan to get into the building, but I stopped and realized that I should still gather more information on the little girl that was taken. Just because there's an old hospital in the area, did not mean Susie or any of the Academy spy's would be there even if a note said that was the location.

Without another thought, I started searching again, and this time it was on Susie. I spent the rest of the day gathering information about her and writing it down. I found all the information I needed in a span of 10 or so minutes, but now I needed a cover story.

I've never been the one coming up with cover stories when it came to missions at the academy; usually it was Rory coming up with stories, and when he left, the academy had me doing stealing missions so I didn't have to come up with any.

After a lot of thinking, I gave up and decided to go with the story Rory and I used last time, which was telling half the truth. I know it wasn't the greatest of cover ups, but it was the only one I got so far, and I didn't want to waste another moment.

Grabbing everything I needed, which was my key, wallet, and phone, and headed out the door. I then started walking downtown to where Susie's family's apartment building was located.
