envious of the look she gave his cousin
well, its not like his intentions with her were the purest to begin with
he knew to himself that he had feelings for her, in some kind of weird unexplainable way, its normal to get jealous, right?
but the thing was
he had no right to be
she did tell him multiple times that she'd never sleep with him... but she never exactly said that she never liked him
for some reason it gave him a tiny bit of hope that maybe she did
he has been pinning a girl for three years, his longest relationship was with a girl that looked and acted somewhat similar to her
they both hated him, blue hair, kind and they would never let a male bring them down... well atleast until he broke her... kagami tsurugi
she didn't deserve all that.. she didn't have to put uo with his bullshit and yet she did, she stayed. he threw it all away
he cant really say that he never tried loving her, he really did. She was a girl his father liked whether he liked it or not, she was composed and patient, skilled and smart... just like marinette
the two things that they didnt have in common tho
first, their eyes
adrien never exactly felt the feeling of warmth in kagami's eyes, to be clear she has really beautiful eyes and yet it could never seem to compare to marinette's bluebell eyes
it somehow
reminded him of his mother
they were different in color thats one thing but, there was just something about it that seemed similar
maybe it was the fact that they could see right through him, no matter what he was hiding or maybe the fact that they would attempt to correct him when he was wrong, not putting up with his bullshit
and then... their smile
kagami's smile wasnt exactly the best, but it gave an immense amount of warmth showing you that she was trying
marinette's smile was also somewhat like his mother's
it was a warm smile, he will never seem to recieve again
his mother's smile was only to be seen in pictures and portraits
marinette's smile on the other hand.. he was never on the other hand recieving that smile
