she rushed out of the cafe and went to the place herc lue was leading her to. she knew this place like the back of her hand, heard how people described it, and there she was in front of
the one and only tom-sabine bakery
she smiled at the clue and how it described everything she felt about this place
she entered the bakery and was greeted by her parents
there was also someone there she had never seen before but for some reason he looked like...

"OH MY LORD!" the boy exclaimed "YOU'RE HER! YOU'RE MARINETTE DUPAIN-CHENG!" he frazzled
"oh. erm. yeah. that's me but-" she sputtered
"OH MY GOSH!" he cut her off as he held his phone to her face to start recording "ARE YOU AND ADRIEN TOGETHER?! DID YOU JOIN THIS YEAR FOR HIM?! IS IT TRUE THAT YOU'RE HIS ONE AND ONLY?!" he spammed her with questions instantly
"WOAH WOAH WOAH, slow down there. no, we are not together. no, I did'nt join this year because of him ano no, I'm not his 'one true love'" she explained as she put emphasis on the word not and him while quoting one true love
ding, their phones chimed and they looked to see what it was, their next clue
"we'd love to stay but we have a contest to win" marinette said as she kissed both her parents goodbye
"paris is the place where lovers dream and what better way to do that than ice cream?" they read their clue 'yup way too easy' marinette sighed
"we need to find Andrei Glacier" marinette said, instead of replying 'yes' or 'sure' wayhem completely ignored her question and said "ARE YOU AND ADRIEN ENGAGED". marinette stared at him at shock and annoyance 'what part of not together did he not understamd?!' she asked herself
and then it happened, her phone ringed. she answered the phone without looking at who it was thinking it was probably felix or alya telling her who they got but...

"hello bugaboo" he said in a mocking voice, marinette's eyes widened knowing he could'nt say his name due to wayhem. so she did the only thing she could do
end the call
marinette kept getting calls from the blond when finally she checked her phone and remembered that she completely forgot about the other, she immediately answered the call and apologized "oh hey felix, sorry adrien keeps calling and-" she flinched realizing her mistake
"ADRIEN, YOU WERE CALLING ADRIEN!" wayhem asked in full excitement
marinette turned on her camera and showed wayhem "felix, this is wayhem and wayhem, this is felix" marinette introduced "adrien's cousin" she added and wayhem aas sceaming once more and asked more questions
once wayhem cooled down marinette was finally able to ask "who is your new friend?"
"HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST, SO MUCH ATTITUDE, SARCASTIC AND THE DEFINITION OF IMBECILE!" felix complained
"hmmm, felix I asked you who is your new friend not to describe yourself" marinette patronized
"ha ha very funny" he said sarcastically
"hey maybe you'll actually get along" marinette encouraged
"whatever" felix said and dropped the call
"that son of a bitch did'nt even tell me who he was paired with" marinette stared at her phone
"do you like him?" wayhem asked out of the blue and somewhat calmly
"who?" she asked
"felix" he replied
"oh god no" marinette replied, wayhem just raised a brow and dropped it
"so..... why dont you like adrien?" he questioned
the two had a pretty decent conversation about their likes and dislikes but most of their conversation was about adrien
"don't act too excited when you're around him, he does'nt like that. There are litterally to many bitches in his life who gives him their all and he still ignores them, most of the people around him are his true friends who don't want him for his name or money" marinette explained
"how do you know this even though you don't like him?" wayhem asked
"we are'nt even friends to begin with" she chuckled "but for some reason, there is a part of me that trusts him"
"that's deep" he said seriously, they took one look at each other and burst into laughter
"let's just get on with this game so you could meet this son of a bitch" she chuckled
"and for you to see your true love" he teased
