Kirby: Ok, the next person to free is Jotar. He's a inventor & sniper trainer of Inkopolis.Despite not being an Inkling, this Laser is packed with test drones. Notably for test dummies & relayed weapons.Kel: Wait, if we're freeing them one-by-one, who's watching our baby?Kirby: No worries. Meta Knight's a real good babysitter.MK: It's true.(Lo then recieves a phone call from Desti. He answers somberly, & then hangs up)Lo: Guys, i think there's something Desti's gonna show us.

~Inkopolis outskirts~(When the ship lands, the city's in tight control of drones. Buildings are slowly covered in black ink, & there's no lively atmosphere.)Lo: What happened to you?Killer Ink Leader: It happened. A man in black came & ruled Inkopolis Square with his drones. I never sworn that-Kirby: that the person here's a weapon supplier?KI Leader: Yeah. A few months ago, he left with a few friends on his side. I assumed he got kidnapped.Kel: Impossible. Those are his friends & they got brainwashed.KI Leader: I thought so, (to Mario & Lo) but why am i gonna help you? The apartheid's still in place & you guys stole our championship. You all don't be in this town.Mario: But if we can't help you, there won't be a town.Desti: Listen, i knew a lot about Meggy. No matter how tough life threw, she always got back up.

KI Leader: Where is she?Mario: She's on a vacation to clear her mind. I didn't want to interfere her enjoyment, however.KI Leader: You really loved her, huh?Kirby: Correction. He's already married to her. Please join us, before we lose the town she's from.(KI Leader thinks about it, & decides to join them)Lo: Glad to have you in the team, KI Leader.KI Leader: Call me Keela.Kel: That's a fantastic name.Kirby: Now with that's settled, let's free this city.

~Inkopolis Tower (Jotar's HQ)~Lo: This is the place. If we move in slowly, then-(Mario then made a huge mess in the cafeteria , trying to get spaghetti. Kirby even followed suit)Kel: MARIO! KIRBY! THAT'S NOT THE RIGHT TIME- (Jotar's drones then swarm the crew)Jotar: (appears from the top) Intruders detected. Must exterminate.(He then unleashes his drone army as the others fight back.)Lo: Keela! Remember her motto! (throws his lightsaber to her)Keela: No matter how tough life threw at you, (she stuffs the saber on her gun) always get back up!(she then fires the saber to Jotar, where he's confused at first. But the saber activates, & it lodges onto his chest.Jotar then cries in agony as the parasite comes out. The drones then turn & catch him mid-air)Kel: Whoo. Thank goodness we got through that mess.Lo: Now all that's left is to find the hostages.Mario: Found them.

~Later...~Marie: The land of Inkopolis is in your debt.Lo: Hey, isn't there any chance you can lift the ban, huh?Callie: Well, judging on how hard you came for us, we'd love to.Kirby: This here's just the beginning. At the end of March, an alien army's waiting for us. & it's up to all of us to stop them.Desti: Jotar will supply you some battle vehicles. These will protect you from higher threats.Marie: Hope to see you all in the battlefield soon.Kel: Shall we get going?Kirby: Lead the way, kitty girl.

Alien General: They had failed to bring our master back, now it's time for war!
