Chapter 45: Scars

Soldier: I was expecting you, SMGs.

Lo: Do you know us?

Soldier: Yes, in fact, i had a story about your kind.

Bo: Tell us more.

Soldier: Well, it started back at 10-ish years ago.

Kel: But the park website says the USB crashed on 2009, at Valentines Day.

Soldier: Yes, that as well.

~2009, ToyToy Universe~

(A long time ago, the sky went corrupted & someone[SMG2] had dragged us into the "Pod". Upon arriving the 2 beings & a hand got in & this thing took off)

Soldier: Seargeant Captain, what's happening right now?

John Captain: I don't know, but it seemed like our universe's falling apart.

SMG1: That's exactly what's happening, dingus. (opens fire on 0, which is reduced to only the arm)

Soldier: I didn't understand what's going on here.

SMG2: Well it should be. Your universe's avatar, Spudnick, had died by that flying hand. & thanks to us, we're relocating to a new universe.

SMG1: 2, we're entering what appears to be Universe 05082021. It just recently spawned.

SMG1: I'll be calling the other SMGs for reinforcements.

(He tried calling to the nearby pods, only for 0 to tamper them. This resulted to a massive brawl in the pod & it shot multiple beams)

SMG2: Please stop, you're dragging us off course.

(One beam, however, followed onto 3 & managed to hit him before colliding to "The Internet Graveyard")

SMG0: ENOUGH! (proceeds haywiring the pod to crash into 4's & threw out their pods)

Soldier: What's happening now?

SMG2: We're about to crash land on the surface fast!

SMG1: BRACE FOR IMPACT!!!

(The pod then crashed onto the mountain in Brazil. The pod doors then open as the NewGrounds characters came out. Zero eventually followed)

Soldier: When I escaped, the yellow one called onto someone from her antenna. It had claimed to be another universal collapse.

Bo: Wait, that seemed like the year I started working.

Lo: & the year my planet collapsed, putting the survivors here on Earth.

Soldier: That reminded me. While hurdling towards Earth, they've been told of "a universe of Kirbys". It's uncertain that the universe is where you at.

Lo: Well, that scratches off the surface. But also, have they foretold a prophecy?

Soldier: It is said that the SMGs will unite altogether, & cleanse the "forsaken one".

Kel: Sir, about this paper (reveals the same one from the cathedral), is it possible we're with the chosen one?

Soldier: I don't know.

Bo: But what about the signal? Is there another reason why we're here?

Soldier: In fact, i do. (heads to the monitor) You can come out now.

(the monitor then powers up, & the first thing they see is Lucinia)

Lo: Lucinia, is that you?

Lucinia: Lo? (snickers) It's so glad to see you again!

Kel: What the? How's that even possible?

Bo: Lucinia: do you remember me giving you the USB in the Lab?

Lucinia: Yeah, so?

Bo: So, that meant you're a SMG too. & that we can communicate onto you like back then.

Lucinia: How am i supposed to be the avatar?

Bo: I don't know, but we'll be sure to figure it out. Wanna come with us, Soldier?

Soldier: No need. I find it peaceful here. Also, i've been scarred so much.

Kel: Sorry about that. Hope you have safe travels.

Soldier: Same to you.

Mario: Do you found what you're looking for?

Lo: Yep, SMG4 & Avatar, meet Lucinia.

Mario: It's been an honor to meet you, milady. (suddenly hesitates) (to Lo) Is it ok if i can kiss your arm?

Lucinia: (chuckles) That won't be necessary.

Bo: Great news, guys. She's actually an SMG as well.

Kel: I think we should stop talking about it for now. You do know she had a hard day.

Lucinia: It's true.

SMG4: Come on, everyone. Let's head to the hotel. I hope Luigi & Whisk are doing fine.

(As the gang left the mountain at sunset, someone then enters the cottage)

Soldier: May i help you, sir? (notices "him") No, not you. STAY BACK?! (screams as the being decimates him)

(By then, a simple eye leaves the cottage & eyes to the sky. Awaiting his body's return, SMG0 starts heading back to the Mushroom Kingdom)
