Two weeks later

"Sam, Sam", yelled Carly as she banged on the penthouse door
Sam opened the door "why are you here?" she said to Carly 

"Damn Sam I thought with Jason waking up today you'd be happier, but okay"

"I'm just not feeling well. I've been throwing up all morning. I think I may have a stomach bug"
"No you're not doing this, you said you would be there when he wakes up. It's the least you can do"
"Carly I didn't say I wasn't going"
"Where is Jason's son and your fiancé ?"
"That's cute Carly, Drew is at work and Danny is at his grandmother. I wasn't feeling well, I didn't want Danny to catch what I have"

Carly walked passed her and went in the kitchen. She came back with a ginger ale and some crackers in her hand. She handed them to Sam, "Eat and drink", said Carly, "I hope this will help, I can give you a ride if you want"
"I'll drive my...", Sam rushed to the bathroom to throw up before finishing her sentence. When she came back out Carly stared at her, "you were saying"  Carly said 
"Fine I'll come with you", Sam said.
"If I didn't know any better I would think that you're pregnant" said Carly
Sam looked at Carly in shocked. Carly looked at her, "Well great, this is great Sam. Do you know what this is going to do to Jason. You just keep breaking his heart over and over again"
"Jason will be fine and I'm not pregnant", said Sam 
"Sure Jason will be fine and how do you know you're not pregnant?" asked Carly
"I just know" Sam said

They silently waked through the the door

Sam's POV
Pregnant. I can't be. No way. I mean I'm late but it's because of stress. The fact that I have to choose between Jason and Drew, Jason leaving town, the accident, the coma. It had to be. I'm not pregnant and it took so long to have Danny, there's no way I'm pregnant.

The car ride

"You know this thing that you're doing with Drew and Jason is not going to work out well for anyone" said Carly

"What are you talking about Carly?" Sam asked

"I know you love Drew when you thought he was Jason, but he's not Sam and you know it and you can't go on pretending like everything is going to be okay. The longer you take to tell Drew that you want to be with Jason, the longer he is going to feel hurt and betrayed. You're just putting off the inevitable, you know it and I know it. Drew is safe and you don't have to worry when you're with him and to everyone else Jason's life is dangerous and you're a mother now, so you probably want safe, and if you want to settle for that, then you should settle for that, just don't play games with Jason"

"I'm not playing games with Jason", Sam replied

"I know you're not doing it intentionally, but you know Jason, you know he will wait for you, he's not gonna push you, and whatever decision you make he's gonna support you because that's what he does"

"I really don't want to talk about this with you", Sam said

"Suit yourself, but ignoring the problem is not going to make it go away", said Carly

At the hospital

"Monica, have you seen Patrick" asked Sam

"He's in Jason's room", he's waiting on you

Sam, Monica and Carly entered the room. Robin and Patrick were standing over Jason, monitoring him and going over his charts

"I can only allow Sam to stay", Robin said
