I barge into Tommy's office, slamming the door shut behind me. "Hello, Kat. Did Pol give you the message I asked her to pass on?" he asks, not looking up from whatever it is he's doing. "You promised! You fucking promised me, Thomas Shelby!" I stomp over and slap him.
"Don't remember making any promises to you," he says, leaning back in his chair. "Other than an offer to take you to dinner tonight." I attempt to hold my anger but fail. "Don't have anythin' to wear Tommy," I say as he pulls me into his lap. "Well I'm sure I can do something about that," Tommy says, stroking my cheek.
"I want to be mad at you," I say softly. "But?" he says, pulling me into a kiss. "I can't... be angry with you for long," I kiss him back. "Good. Will make tonight easier on both of us," I smile. "So where we goin'?" I ask. "Home first. Then I can get you out of that dress."
"Don't assume. Assuming makes an ass of u and me." I say, smirking. "Oh Katrina, you're so lucky you're pretty..." I pout. "Only pretty?"
"No. Beautiful. Goddess-like. And if I had wanted you out of that dress you'd be out of it,""Thomas!" He looks up into my eyes. "Yes, Kat?" I look away, blushing. "What if someone hears..." Tommy reaches up and turns my face back towards him, kissing my lips softly. "Then they hear," he says. "I love you, Kat."
