The cool rain droplets bounced off Sophie's face. She was sitting, her back pressed against the ground, watching the rain drops fall onto her face. Her hair was drenched, and her clothes were sopping wet. Lying in the rain was calming. She closed her eyes, and let the rain dive onto her face, making her cold, but she didn't mind. The droplets slid down her face, then onto the vibrant green grass.
"Hey." Someone said from beside her.
"Keefe?" She said, opening her eyes.
"You do know it's raining and you're all wet, right?" He asked.
"Of course I do." Sophie said.
"Why are you sitting out here? I'm sure you're cold." Keefe muttered.
"It's nice. I love the rain." Sophie said. He sat beside her and pressed his head to the floor.
"Me too."
