Claudette leaned against Namjoon, the two of them sat on her bed. The boys had moved their chairs back around the bed, all around Claudette. She stared straight ahead of her, at the foot of the bed, blankly staring.

No one said anything.

It's been about thirty minutes since the doctor left. He said he would return in a few hours.

They were all processing. All filled with fear. All, frozen.

Claudette put her face in her hands, but didn't cry. She would put her hands in her hair, move them, and then freeze for a few minutes. And then she would snap out of it and rub her forehead, freezing again.

The cycle repeated until Namjoon got too worried to let her continue.

"Claudette," He tried to pull a hand from her face, but she turned away. "Look at me darling."

She shook her head and put her face against his chest, Namjoon frowning softly and wrapping his arm around her. It didn't take long before he felt the tears seep through his shirt.

"Claudette baby," he tried again. "I won't make you look, but please take some deep breaths, okay?"

"I don't want to die." She whispered, holding onto Namjoon's shirt tightly.

"You aren't going to die Claudette." Namjoon rubbed her back, looking over at Jin, needing to know his words were true. Jin only stared. "The chances of you dying are very, very low."

"I pass out a lot."

"I know baby," Namjoon kissed her head, looking to Jin again, wishing he would say something. "That's why we're going to work on it, okay? We're going to find ways to prevent you from passing out a lot."

"I'm scared." She whimpered into Namjoon, Namjoon closing his eyes as he took a deep breath.

'Me too.'

"You're going to be okay Clauds. I'm not going to let anything bad happen to you."

"This watch will constantly monitor your heartbeat." The doctor handed it to Claudette. It had been fours hours since the diagnosis, but everyone was still on edge. "As of now, we can't get it to connect to phones to alert or notify you of anything. So you'll have to manually check it when needed."

"So I just," Claudette looked at the watch and saw a number

"So I just," Claudette looked at the watch and saw a number. "It says 120."

"It's a little higher than average, but nothing to worry much about." The doctor nodded, Claudette still staring at her heart rate.

"What is the normal heart rate?" Jimin asked gently, the boys nodded, the same question in their minds.

"About 60-100 beats per minute is average." The doctor replied but quickly continued when Claudette's eyes widened. "Your heart rate is okay, really, it is. You just need to try and stay calm so it doesn't get any worse."
