~Flashback~ "I don't understand, (Y/N)... They "love" to pick on me, do they?" Severus stretches out his sentence in sarcasm. He was again having another miserable day. "Don't let them get you down, Sev. You're wonderful. Never forget that."
(Y/N) smiled as she held out her palm. Severus gave her a "what are you doing?" look before he looked back down at (Y/N)'s hand. A small bloom popped out from the surface as it slowly ages into a White Carnation.
"How can I be so sure you're not lying?" Severus shed a tear as he brought his head down. (Y/N) smiled and conjured more flowers from her hand. She combines all of the stems to form a crown and puts it on, Severus.
"Because," (Y/N) dug inside of her pocket and pulled out a hand mirror. She angled it just right so that Severus could see his reflection. "You are enough to know that you're worth the trip."
Severus's mouth had shut itself from (Y/N)'s words. The salty drop of water got wiped off by a soft handkerchief embroidered with (your initials). Severus's mouth quivered before engulfing (Y/N) into a hug.
"Even from you, it only takes a few words to brighten up someone's day," Severus said out loud between sniffles. "If this were a contest, I'd say you're the one that's wonderful." Severus never took his eyes off of the mirror for a second.
He and (Y/N) both looked at their reflections as Snape secretly admired the girl's looks. "You are tough to get a compliment out of... But a pickup line, Severus?" (Y/N) giggled and wrapped an arm Severus's neck.
"That flower crown looks wicked!" A Slytherin came walking by and looked down at his fingers, utterly shy about confronting the two. "C-can I have one.?" (Y/N) looked at Severus before patting a spot next to them.
"The more, the merrier." The boy smiled and plopped down next to them. (Y/N) conjures up a handful of Amaryllises and braids them together into a crown, and puts it onto the boy's head.
"That's amazing! Can we have one, too?" Two girls from Ravenclaw ran towards us with astonished looks on their faces. "Of course you can! Come sit down with us. We'll teach you how to make flower crowns."
(Y/N) winked at Severus, knowing that this was the opportunity to make some friends. He sighed and got to work on pulling some stems together as Severus internally thanks (Y/N) for teaching him.

"So, got any plans for next year, Severus? It's our last year at Hogwarts before we graduate." (Y/N) held the door open for her friend as they walked into the library. "I think I might go for Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher."
(Y/N) raised an eyebrow and stared at Severus in shock. "That's cool, but I thought you would've liked to teach potions? You are the top of our class, after all." Severus couldn't help but smile at the girl for her somewhat compliment.
"I don't know what I'm doing, yet..." (Y/N) frowned, mostly about her marrying Lucius Malfoy after graduation. The scary part is, she hasn't even told Severus about it. "Well, we could always become teachers together."
(Y/N) stared at Severus wide-eyed and blushed. It was rare for a person like Severus to offer something so lovely. "I never really thought of myself as a teacher, but I am thinking about trying out for Astronomy or Care of Magical Creatures."
"That's perfect for you, referring to that one time you helped that injured Unicorn." Severus held (Y/N)'s hand for a few minutes as they sat in silence. "You don't have to worry about choosing right now. We're still in our sixth year."
~flashback ends~
The Great Hall had turned into a chatterbox full of children and flying owls. The children yelled out spells of their own from the ancient texts on the old books the students were reading. "Eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum."
Seamus Finnigan from Gryffindor table attempted to turn water into rum, but so far, he hasn't succeeded. Every spell he'd tried to cast, his face would always end up smothered in dust and smoke.
Gryffindor came down with a nasty cough from the explosion, as well as some laughter that erupted from the other Houses. "Look, Harry! It's the mail!" Ron shook his friend's shoulder, which made everyone look up at the ceiling.
Envelopes and packages had been dropped over students' heads from their owls as they were anxious to open them up. Harry hadn't received anything, but he eyed the newspaper that Ron's parents' used to wrap his package.
He grabbed it and almost started reading the Daily Profit nearly before asking Ron to borrow the newspaper. "Vault 713? But that's-- Ron-- look at this!" Harry pulled Ron over next to him and showed him the newspaper.
"Someone had broken into Gringotts Wizarding Bank. Listen: Belief to be the work of dark wizards or witches unknown. Gringotts Goblins who were acknowledging the breach consist nothing stolen.
The vault in question number 713 had info fact been empty earlier that very same day." Harry jolted up at the thought of the number 713 mentioned in the Daily Profit. Harry's friend, Ron, notified that he indeed went into the same vault with Hagrid.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione gave each other a look of suspicion and got up and left for their next class. Professor Quirrell eyed these students before he rushed up the stairs towards the third floor.
He pushed open the door and dashed down the hallway towards a locked wooden door. He opened the door with his wand as the voice in his head gestured him to move forward. There, over in the corner, sat the glass coffin of (Y/N) (L/N).
Quirrell unwrapped the scarf covering the back of his head as You-know-who popped his face out of Quirrell's head. Lord Voldemort laughed a sinister smile as Quirrell turned around to let the dark wizard get a better look at the sleeping witch.
"Just right where they said, Quirrell. Miss (L/N) must join the Death Eaters so that we can gain a greater power to finish off this wretched of a school finally.
