Thomas:

"I think we actually went to far this time" I said in a tone that showed I was trying not to get them mad.

"She has no idea why we're acting this way, so shut the fuck up." That Plan failed since that girl is clearly mad at me. I sighed "I know that too Elena, the point is that she hates us. She has every right to, we couldn't even let her go to the bathroom alone." Kiley put her hand on her Elena's shoulder "E, I know you don't want to hear it, but he's right. We went to far, maybe we should just tell her."

„Are you crazy!" Elena glared at Kiley. "Girls calm down. We should just go to her and apologize. That's the only thing we should be doing right now, instead of fighting." They nodded their heads in agreement.

20 minutes later we found her talking to a guy I did not know. "Who is that?" I asked. "Samuel, but everyone calls him Sam. He is one of the few friends Chloe has." I nodded my head as a sign that I understood. "Let's just go up to her" I suggested. They held me back though, which confused me a lot. "Thomas, don't." I raised my eyebrows at them "She's just talking to a friend and we want to apologize, what's the problem?"

Both of the girls sighed, but only Elena answered me. "He's not just any friend. That is all I can tell you, if you want to know more you have to ask her yourself."

I nodded my head although I didn't really get it. Suddenly she turned around and her eyes fell on us. Instead of saying anything she rolled her eyes and turned back around. "She's mad" I stated.

Elena rolled her eyes at me and so did Kiley. "Ya think?" They both said.

Chloe:

"Don't look Chloe, but Elena, Kiley and your boyfriend are here." I glared at him "He is not my boyfriend and he never will be. You know that just as well as i do." "Sure i do, but it doenst mean a person can't chance. You included. " Sam said with a smirk on his face.

I turned around and rolled my eyes at them before facing Sam again. "So much for don't look now." I playfully smacked his arm "Shut up."

In a high pitch noise, he said "Shut up." That caused me to giggle.

Suddenly three people were standing next to us, which most likely were my friends. "Hey Sam" Elena and Kiley said. I did not dare to look at them. "Hey guys, how are you both?" "Good, how about you?" He was smiled "Good, I'm glad I broke up with Jenny." I sipped on my drink "You don't miss the way she would force you to do stuff, like get her coffee or that she would cheat on you every chance she got?" He glared at me "No, I don't, and you know that Chloe."

I sighed "Stop rubbing it in, I get it." He just started laughing. "Anyways we came here to apologize Chloe. We took it a bit to far and we can promise you that that won't happen again." Thomas said, he clearly had some sort of problem with Sam. I don't care though, he is the one who messed up.

I rolled my eyes but turned around beforehand so no one could see me. "Sure, you will" I mumbled to myself. „We couldn't understand that" Kiley said softly. She was obviously trying not to piss me off even more. I still didn't answer them after a minutes, so Thomas said „Chloe, talk to us. Please."

Instead of answering them I stood up and looked at Sam "How about we got o that new bookstore that just recently opened? I still need a book for the series I'm reading." He hesitantly nodded his head before mouthing a "Sorry" to Elena. As soon as we were out of sight he started talking.

„You are stupid, did you know that?" I just shrug my shoulders.

„Not only did your best friends come to apologize and we both know both are really stubborn. But you also got the Thomas Barlowe to apologize to you. I do not know if you heard but he never apologizes to anyone. Plus, he glared at me nonstop, which you would have known if you would have looked ta him." I started laughing "It sounds like you're saying Thomas likes me or something."

When he didn't join me though my eyes widened in shock. "You can't be serious! Why didn't you say something before?" Sam pulled me into his chest, and I started crying. "It's ok" he said to try and calm me.

But I only pushed him away and ran into the opposite direction of where we were coming from.

It seems like Chloe does not like the idea of being more than friends with Thomas or is it something else?

Also sorry for not updating in a while, I'll try to write more from now on
