After setting up in the house, Dean went outside to talk to Mark and then ran back in shortly after.

"Those Djinn are just sitting out there, watching us. Everybody's got to clear out," Dean said.

"What?" Christian asked.

Dean shook his head. "They're not gonna come in here until the three of us are alone."

"So, what, I'm supposed to leave you here with no backup?" Samuel asked.

"Dean's right. They're smart. They'd wait 'til they weren't outnumbered," Sam said.

Samuel nodded reluctantly. "All right, we won't be far. You call when they come, you hear?"

Sam nodded.

Samuel turned to the group. "All right, pack up. We're out of here."

After everyone cleared out, we wandered into the kitchen and waited while Dean paced.

"You okay?" Sam asked.

"Oh, yeah," Dean said sarcastically.

"Yeah?" Sam asked.

"No, this is—" Dean scoffed. "This is crazy. I mean, you, Grandpa. Whoever brought you back—"

Sam shrugged. "They don't want to be found."

Dean nodded. "Yeah, I get that. But who are they, and what do they— what do they want? Why?"

Sam sighed. "That's a good question."

"Do you remember it?" Dean asked.

Sam shook his head. "What?"

"The Cage," Dean said.

Sam nodded. "Yeah."

Dean raised his eyebrows. "You want to—"

Sam shook his head. "No."

Dean shrugged. "Well, if anybody can relate—"

Sam shook his head. "Dean, I don't want to talk about it. I'm back." He shrugged. "I get to breathe fresh air, have a beer, hunt with my family, see you guys again. So why exactly would I want to think about Hell?"

Dean furrowed his brow. "And you really think—" He cut himself off when something caught his eye from the window.

"What is it?" I asked and looked out to see Sid and his wife being attacked by Djinn in their house.

Dean and I gave each other a look and started running for the door. Dean grabbed two syringes of the antidote before leaving the room.

"They're already dead, and you know it!" Sam shouted.

"This is happening because of me!" Dean yelled back.

"Guys!" Sam shouted.

We slammed Sid's door open and ran into their living room. Dean ran to Sid, and I ran to his wife, but when I checked her pulse, she was already gone, and her eyes were glazed over and completely white.

Then, two Djinn came up behind us and ambushed us, pulling us to the center of the room as a female Djinn approached us. She had tattoo sleeves on both of her arms.

"You made it through that last trip, so how about a big, fat double dose?" She smiled at Dean and put her hand on his face. As she did, her tattoos started to get more elaborate and extend down her hand. "Bad news... it'll kill you."

The Djinn holding Dean also put his hand on his face, and then the ink spread onto Dean's skin.

"The good news?" she asked. "At least you'll go fast."
