POV VIVIAN RUE HOLLAND

"I'm bored." "Well, Sirius, we're not your personal entertainers, so find something cool to do yourself." I say, pretty annoyed, because I want my homework to be finished this afternoon. It's a beautiful September Saturday and I want to enjoy that, this afternoon.

"We could of course go to the tree, scare those first years away and do our homework there, while we're enjoying the sun." "Dorcas, I never thought you could come up with those great ideas!" "Anything important to say, Potter? Because otherwise, you can shut up again." "Oh she's so lovely to her friends, don't you think, Moony?" "Sirius shut up." I say, while I'm doing my best to hide a snigger.

"Conclusion, we're going to the tree. Come on, get your big egos outside." Everyone grabs their books and we walk outside, to the big tree, standing that close to the Great lake, you can sit in its shadow and still dangle your feet in the water.

Once we arrive, Dorcas gives one dirty look, to the first years sitting at the place we own. We fought for that place, in the last five years, so we deserve this.

We sit down in the shadow of the tree. At least, the girls and Remus do. I don't know what Sirius and James are up to, but it's probably something stupid. And Peter follows them, of course.

"What the actual frick are they doing?" asks Remus, as he looks over to the two, who are trying to do something with a rope they made appear from their wands.

"This can really only go wrong." I whisper to Lily, who directly starts sniggering.

Half an hour later, I finished my essay for History of Magic and Sirius and James seemed to have achieved what they wanted.

"Ladies and gentlemen, let us introduce you to our newest invention, the Great Rope! Mr Sirius Black is now going to demonstrate to you how this beautiful invention works." Sirius climbs in the tree and James gives him the rope.

"Only if Vivi goes as well." "Okay. I will. But then never call me Vivi ever again." "Can't be making promises." "Stupid." "Are you going as well?" I smirk at him and I put my hair in a ponytail, before getting my shoes and socks off.

"Good luck, Mr Black. Your idea, you go first." "Yes indeed." He walks by and whispers something in my ear.

"I'll wait for you, darling." He whispers.  I smirk and nod, knowing what he wants to say.

We both climb into the tree and Sirius instructs James that he must give the rope to me very quickly, because there won't be any fun otherwise.

Sirius then grabs the rope from James and jumps off the branch of the tree he just stood on.

"WALAWALABAMBEE!" An inhuman like sound comes from his mouth, while he flies straight into the extremely cold water.

He stays underneath the surface, while James gives me the rope and I swing with the thing as well.

I didn't sound as well as Sirius, but I fought at least as many faces from the other students, while jumping into the water.

When I'm underneath the surface as well, I feel two arms grab me and kiss my lips.

Then we get to the surface again. And the cold feeling the water gives me only seems to kick in now.

"Told you." He whispers. I raise my eyebrows, to tell him I agree, before we swim to the tree again and persuade the others to come in as well.

Within fifteen minutes, all of us are in. Some first years asked us if they could enjoy the rope as well, but Dorcas just gave them the death glare, said no and that was enough to make Hogwarts' personal dwarves run away and not bother us anymore.

When night starts to fall and the sun starts to drop, we slowly get out.

"Guys, what if Dorcas, Marlene and Mary sneak into the kitchens, for food, Lily and Rue go to get some pillows and blankets, we can make a campfire!" suggests Remus.

"Are we allowed to?" "Rules are only guidelines, Vivi." Everyone starts laughing about Sirius' comment and we agree on making a campfire.

"But we're going to do it on the muggle way. No wands, only a Firestarter." Says Lily. She hands Remus a muggle Firestarter. I know what it is, because Lily always brings one, for if we want to make a random campfire.

"Remus, you do it. If the others do it, some people are going to get killed." I snigger, before walking away.

I see Remus directly take the lead, as we get to the kitchens and the common room.

When Lily and I are in our dorms, we grab a bag and put the undetectable extension charm on the thing, before dumping all the pillows and blankets in it we can find in it. And trust me, we have a lot of pillows, in the girls dormitories. Not only for pillow fights, also because none of us can sleep, without a complete castle of pillows built around us.

"Lils, do you have marshmallows?" "Always." We start sniggering, as Lily grabs two bags of marshmallows, from her collection of marshmallow sacks. She really is addicted to that muggle candy.

When we get back, we dump everything underneath the tree, where the boys are still trying hard to make a nice campfire.

When the other girls have joined us as well, the campfire is quite comfortable. We all snuggle underneath the blankets and I rest my back against the tree.

Dorcas sits down next to me, with Sirius on the other side.

"Sirius, I must admit, I am happy you were bored." Says Mary, as we all sit by the fire, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the September night.

Suddenly, Sirius grabs his guitar and he starts playing ABBA songs. Lily made us listen to the band and now we're all obsessed. It's a little thing only we understand. And I love that.

After a while, we stop playing again and we just laugh and talk by the fire. I decide to rest my head upon Sirius' shoulder and Lily does the same with James' shoulder. Soon, Mary and Marlene laid their heads on each other and Dorcas has her head on Remus' shoulder. It's kind of sad that Peter is lonely, but he doesn't seem to mind.

When the sun is completely down and we're starting to drift off to sleep, a very stern voice comes yelling from behind the tree.

"What do you guys think you are doing? It's long after hours! Mr Lupin and Ms Evans, I would have expected more from you, as you are prefects." We all lower our gaze and look to the ground, as Professor McGonagall continues her speech about how reckless we are, making a campfire on the grounds.

"Now, off to bed, all of you. And don't show me anything like this ever again, understood?" We all nod and clean up our blankets and pillows, while we look at the place we just had our campfire, but what was rudely disturbed by Professor Minerva McGonagall.

When we're finally done cleaning, we stand up and walk towards the castle.

Wondering why McGonagall didn't give us any punishment, I turn around, to see her, standing with a stolen pack of marshmallows in her hand, stuffing one in her mouth, while winking at me. I smile.

She isn't angry at us. And she'll never be. She likes us and has a little soft spot for us, which makes us get away with almost everything.

And that's perfect.
