POV VIVIAN RUE HOLLAND

"Everyone ready?" James asks, when we're all in the common room with our loaded trunks.

"Well, since you were the last one to come out of your dorm, I suppose we are." I say, teasing him.

"Oh wauw Vivian, you are so enormously funny!" James sarcastically says.

"I know, right?" I say, a lovely smile on my face but a mischievous look in my eyes.

"Let's get going." Everyone nods and we walk towards the Great Hall, ready to leave.

After breakfast, we walk towards the carriages. We find a nice compartment on the train so we can dump our suitcases, before walking towards some compartments filled with first year's, so we can annoy them.

We are in fact five-year-olds looking like a couple of teenagers.

When we finally arrive at King's cross, Mr and Mrs Potter are already waiting for us.

"Hello dears! I am Euphemia and this is Fleamont. It is such a pleasure to meet you all!" she happily exclaims, taking James and Sirius in a ginormous hug.

"Breathe!" James chokes, to which his mother releases him a bit, still hugging him. Sirius only continues the hug, way too happy someone finally wants to hug him.

I should hug him more. I don't do it enough.

"I missed you so much little pumpkins." James' cheeks turn a bright red colour and I can feel Sirius smiling very bright.

I'm happy for him. Because he finally found a loving family.

After all the hugging is done, we get home.

"Sirius, James, can you show your friends where your rooms are?" Fleamont asks, magically transferring all our luggage upstairs.

"So, this is where Sirius and I sleep, and now it's littered with mattresses because you duckers were coming over." James says, jumping on one of them.

"Now, get downstairs everyone. Mom asked if we wanted to come down for a late lunch." James proposes, shoving everyone down. Sirius however grabs my hand and makes me stay.

I hug him very tight and don't let him go.

"I love you. And I don't tell you enough." I mumble. He only pulls me closer and I feel the ends of his hair brush against my head.

"I love you too. I really, really do. And it's alright darling. You are enough." He whispers back.

He tilts my head back and kisses me. It is passionate, but also soft. A kiss that is so pure it can only happen in those moments.

"Are you okay?" I ask. Sirius nods and hugs me again.

"Are you?" I nod and he slowly lifts me up, turns around with me and puts me down again.

"Let's get down as well, shall we?" I nod and he grabs my hand.

"I love you." We whisper, before walking out and acting like best friends once again.

"Oh look who finally showed up!" Dorcas smirks, as I sit down next to her.

"O shove off." I say, smacking her in a friendly way.

"Sirius, did you do it sa-"

"James, you didn't think I was actually going to do Sirius, right? No offence Sirius, you're really nice and everything, but no way I'm ever going to be shagging you." I say. He smirks at me and I know nothing is further from the truth.
