Jessica woke up, she couldn't comprehend where she was, all she saw was lights running, not with her but opposite her, the sound of wheels screeching, the sound of machines beeping. Where am I? – was her first thought. She turned to her left and was greeted by a tall, slender and cute man, this man was wearing blue scrubs and wore black glasses, he seemed to be the kind of doctor from the greys anatomy he gave off McDreamy vibes with that all too good-looking face, he looked like a model. His hands were rested against the railings on her new hospital bed, Jessica could tell it was new as it was clean and had that shine, the shine that said it was new. His head was pointing in the direction they were going towards, his short black hair being blown slowly, his eyes sparkling. Jessica then gathered she was in the hospital, her eyes felt dry and hot, her legs felt cold, she wasn't comfy, her nose was pulsing in pain and her arm was in need of a good itch. The good-looking doctor looked over to the pale-looking Jessica, he didn't know what to do or say, he wasn't expecting her to wake up all of a sudden, he gathered his private thoughts, and decided to begin with the classic, "Hello? Jessica, can you hear me?" – He didn't get a reply, instead he got a look in the eyes, then he saw her smiling. He smiled back. He didn't want to bother her, he wanted to give her a good rest. Jessica's mind went in the direction of love, she only thought about the doctor, classic divorced Jessica. They finally reached the room in which Jessica would heal in, it was even hotter in there, it felt like she was in hell, the pain, the hotness and the worry. However, the worry she had was not about anything serious, it was about whether or not she had a future with that sexy-looking doctor, in other words, she wanted him, now. Her imagination got to her. The good-looking doctor left the room along with two nurses, they felt confident that she would be safe alone, Jessica didn't know what to do, she was there all alone and couldn't move, or at least she didn't want to. Two hours later a man walked in, he was very skinny, had a hat on and these expensive-looking glasses, he seemed like an important person, or at least that's what she thought, she didn't call for help or press the nurses button located near her hand. "Jessica?" those were his first words, the words Jessica didn't want to hear, not today, nor ever. He made his way to her resting place, the bed, and sat down near her legs, Jessica looked at him, but remained silent, she didn't want to speak to him. She felt safe around him, but didn't want to say a word to him, she didn't know why, it was just her head telling her body what to do. The man introduced himself as DC Blake, he seemed un-easy while saying his name, his lips were dry, and his voice was fresh. He slowly began filling in gaps in her mind, slowly fitting the pieces into Jessica's puzzled mind, she felt shocked, she couldn't believe it, or at least she didn't want to. DC Blake finished by giving her the report he wrote the couple of hours before he went to see her, it consisted of three pages and began with, "On the 17th of April 2021, at 13:07 hours the metropolitan police received a phone call from a..."
