"I don't have to answer to you."

That's what Chan said. And that's what he meant.

He didn't have to tell his best friend and brother that he had kissed his worst enemy.

Now what had happened on that date?

Let's go back.

~day of the date

Chan picks at his burger. The fork just moving the lettuce around.

Changbin watches cautiously at the elder. Wondering why he was eating his burger with a fork. And also wondering if this date is really so bad for him.

"Come on Channie. Lighten up." Changbin says and continues to eat his own meal.

Chan sighs. He might as well, maybe this date will go faster.

"What made you to become a racer?" Chan asks.

Changbin hums and chews his food, thinking of how to answer.

"I suppose my dad got me into it. He used to take me to the race tracks and I just loved the way the cars went and all."

Chan nods at the information.

"How about you?" Changbin asks.

"When I was 6, my parents bought me a toy race track for Christmas and I was just in love with it. I would play with it every morning."

Chan smiles fondly at the memory. That was when he realized how much he loved cars and racing.

But he remembers he wasn't alone. That Changbin was still with him.

He clears his throat and his smile fades away. His view going back to the burger.

"You should smile more. It's pretty." Changbin compliments. He wanted to see more of it.

He kinda just fell for that pretty dimpled smile.

Changbin mentally slaps himself.

No! Bad Changbin! You're not supposed to fall for him. He's supposed to fall for you!

Chan's cheeks turned a soft pink color at the compliment.

Sure, a lot of people had complimented his smile. But when Changbin said it, it just felt different.

"What made you want to become class President?" Changbin asks, keeping the conversation alive.

Chan was going to answer this cautiously. He didn't know what Changbin had planned. And he didn't want to give him anymore blackmail worthy information.

"Growing up, I always loved to help others. With just about anything. So when I entered high school and they had started the Class President nominees, I signed up because I wanted to help my fellow students." Chan answers.

But the truth is, Felix actually signed him up as a joke. And there was no way for him to back out of it.

So he went along with it. Becoming the best class President the school has ever seen.

Changbin nods at the answer.

"That's nice. You do fit the look."

He admits, Chan does fit the look of Class President. He was tall and handsome. Sweet and kind.

And even if he was a "goody two shoes", he had everyone wrapped around his finger.

"Thanks."

And the dinner date went on. With small talk and getting to know one another.

Slowly and surely falling for each other.

They next went to a mall. Browsing around the stores and looking at items they would love to have.

"Look hyung! Isn't he adorable!" Changbin giggles out as he holds out a Munchlax.

Chan's heart did flips as he heard that sweet and pure giggle.

He wanted to hear more of it. See Changbin smile and be the cause of it.

"I'll buy it for you if you really want it." Chan blurts out without thinking.

He wanted to slap a hand over his mouth. But he didn't.

Changbin softly gasps and looks at Chan with a cute look. His eyes gleaming with joy, mouth slight a gap as he was surprised by this action but then breaks out into a smile.

"Really hyung! Oh thank you!" Changbin giggles out again, jumping into Chan's arms and hugging him.

Chan slowly put his arms around the younger. Loving the new feeling.

He was warm and fit perfectly in his arms. He wanted to hold him forever.

They slightly pull away from the hug to look at one another.

Chan's hands resting on Changbins waist and the youngers arms around Chan's neck.

Making eye contact and slowly leaning in without realizing.

And that's when it happened.

Their lips met and sealed the deal.

Kissing very softly and bringing each other closer as if they were afraid to let go and return to being enemies.

And as they kiss, they realized one thing.

I think I'm in love with him.
