Warning: very short chapter, so sorry. Writer's block is hell

Trust: "firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone..."

"Apollo... Ocean agreed to do...how do I phrase it? Uh, one-on-one lessons?" Sky said slowly.

"What?" Apollo looked up from the dancing flames he'd been watching.

"Look, I know you guys are close, an- and all that, but it's easier for it to just be two people. Plus then he can trust me more-"

"calm down, it's fine." Apollo interrupted, "just let me know what happens, and stuff like that, kay?"

"Okay" Sky turned to walk away, but Apollo grabbed her wrist. She flinched at the heat, his hand was warm from sitting by the fire for so long.

"What?" Sky asked, slightly apprehensive.

"Who's side are you really on?" Apollo asked, without looking at her.

"what do you think?" She spat. After all this time, after everything he was still asking this.

"You've been here two weeks. Do you blame me for not trusting you?"

"No, but how can I get you to trust me? I want you to, but I don't know how to convince you."

"There isn't much, and I know that's my fault" Apollo sighed. "But I have a few questions, and you better answer honestly"

"What if I don't, how will you know?"

"Magic" Apollo shrugged.

Sky let out a harsh laugh. "Magic can't read emotions

"Just answer the questions" Apollo muttered.

"Okay" 'they won't be too bad, right? ' Skye thought.

"Has Ocean told you anything?" Skye looked surprised.

"What? I mean, no he hasn't. He barely talks to me."

"That's not true, if he barely talked to you, you wouldn't agree to do one on one sessions"

Sky scrunched up their face, thinking. She placed her head in her hands and rubbed her face "Ocean's going to kill me" they muttered.

"Yes, he did tell me something. Well, he didn't tell me, it was implied. It's not about the war, I promise. It doesn't hurt anyone. And he can not know I told you this. Or he will never trust me. Polo," Apollo flinched at the old nickname "Please. He cannot know. I am trying to gain his trust."

Apollo sighed "fine. This conversation never happened"
