- Find something that makes you laugh😂 or smile☺️

- Read a book

- Hang out with people you love💕

- Eat your favorite food, get any food that makes you feel satisfied😋🍦🍕

- Listen to uplifting music. Spotify has great music playlist for different moods✨

- It's okay to cry sometimes😢

- Pamper yourself, use your favorite bath bomb, facial mask, do your nails. Treat yourself - "Self care is the best care!✨"

- 🧘🏽‍♀️Meditate in a peaceful way

- Get good sleep or nap😴

- Take A Deep Breath & remember everything is going to be okay, you'll get through this it's only temporary. Don't give up love💋
