Weight Loss Tips:

(My goal is to become healthy✨ not skinny or thick just healthy💪🏾)

- Detox: I've been loving detox teas and juices lately. I drink this detox tea about every two weeks. Detoxing helps simulate your body to get rid of toxins increasing weight loss. Improves circulation. Also, provides your body with healthy nutrients.

- I also like to drink Naked Fruit Juices from my local grocery store

- I also like to drink Naked Fruit Juices from my local grocery store. Another homemade detox water I've seen amazing results are from apple cider vinegar and a cup of water💧. You can also make a fruit water detox drink with different kinds of fruits 🍉🍇🫐

- Set Realistic Goals. It may take some time to get the results you want, be patient✨

- Find an effective workout routine: I created a workout YouTube playlist with great channels and advice. The workout YouTube videos I watch are Beautifulbrownbabydoll, Brittnae Bae, Popsugar fitness, and Chloe Ting💪🏾

- Be consistent this is the key to achieve good results✨

- I know this may sound annoying but please DRINK YOUR WATER SIS💦

- Decrease your sugar and salt intake🙅🏾‍♀️

- You don't need to workout everyday. Create a weekly workout plan🏋🏾‍♀️

- Weigh yourself on the scale every week.

- Try to eat in smaller portions. I don't care what you're eating, if you're overeating that's where the problem actually starts💁🏾‍♀️

- Add aerobic exercises in your workout routine. If you want to burn fat in a quicker pace there is no getting around cardio exercise.

- Take a walk or a jog on your free time🏃🏾‍♀️.

- Create a workout music motivation playlist🎶.

- Find other healthy food options when eating out. You don't have to eat salad all the time🥗😂

- Cook at home more often. I realized that when I eat at home I maintain my weight better because I exactly KNOW what I'm eating‼️.

- If possible use a waist trainer when exercising. Any weight loss from wearing a waist trainer is more likely to be due to increased sweating than to any loss of body fat. However, you can still lose A LOT of weight without a waist trainer babe☺️

- Weight loss results do not happen overnight, it takes patience, determination and consistency to see the results.

- I'll be doing this journey from now on and I'll show you guys my results.
