Meditation for the soul

     I was thinking about meditations and how good they are when it struck me that it would be a great way to communicate with your soul. Meditation is something I've been doing for years and it really makes a difference to my well being . So I decided I would try and do a meditation to talk to my soul.  I'm not sure why I never thought about it before  . I suppose I was so intent on silencing my mind that I just didn't think of it as a way to connect to my soul my inner voice . I know I have always written a letter to my soul which began my true spiritual journey . 
  I began writing the meditation for the soul and was soon amazed at what I was writing I actually felt that this was an excellent idea . So I've decided to add the meditation to this book because I feel people will benefit from using it. It's another tool available to use to find your inner person your very soul . I was so pleased with the meditation it inspired me to write more . I had been thinking about meditation classes for other people even been offered a chance to take on board another meditation teacher course but it did not feel right at the time . However this meditation for soul gave me a new way to look at it again . This was the missing link that was missing from the offer of me giving meditation classes . When setting up meditation lessons or classes you need to find a nick something different well this is definitely that . A new door opened just as the dream said on the previous page told me . All I have to do is choose a door and walk through.
   So please try the meditation let's just say I don't think you will be disappointed and who knows it may even work for you .

                                       Meditation for the soul

   Welcome to meditation for the soul. I want to take you on a journey inside your inner self . To your very soul your silent voice that calls from within . Once in here peace will  be total and free. A beautiful place that people don't often go to because  they are afraid to find the truth about themselves but the truth is we already know we just hide it from ourselves. Be prepared to learn about yourself and to take anything you find into your life

          Part one 

   Relaxation of the mind and  body 

   The best place I find to do this meditation is to sit in any  chair  as  long as you can get comfortable enough to relax.  Sit either with your feet on the floor or elevated and your arms are in a comfortable position. Take a few deep breaths in and out and allow your  eyes to gently close. Feel fingers and toes tingle as your body begins to relax, allow  any tension in your arms and legs to fall  from your hands and toes as it leaves your body, feel  your shoulders become heavy and allow your arms to just fall by your side and let your body sink into your chair. Your head now feels  heavy, allow  it to relax and let go and let your head simply rest in a comfortable position . Your eyes are harder to open so just allow them to close without forcing them. You are more relaxed and ready to move on . Breathe normally and pay no attention to it instead with your eyes closed look upwards to above your eyes to the space in your forehead. A peaceful place with no memories, just  a clean space to think.  Just be within this space and enjoy the peace you are gaining while resting there. Now with your eyes still closed, you feel   your  eyelid is covering   your eyes as you move upwards to the space above. 

            Part two

 Moving into the space

 Now feel the space , how light it feels this inner space . This is your  thinking space that only you can have . This is your time to think without interruptions this is you and only your  space . This is where you hear the voice from inside who answers your silent questions . Do not be afraid you are talking to yourself the very thing that makes  you who you are. 

   Now take a small breath through your nose and allow it to  enter your lungs. Do this  a few times but think within the space you are in and feel the air on to the journey to your lungs and out again. Picture this happening then within the space and ask  yourself a simple  question . It could be what's your name ? How old am I ? However the important thing is to hear the reply. Go ahead, ask  yourself a question and hear the answer. Did you hear the reply I'm sure you did. Now is the time to think about what you heard, how you heard it and how it feels  . Hear, feel  and touch the silent voice within you . You are talking to your very self the part of you that cannot be seen . It's real it's you and you are talking to your soul .  

Part three 

 Take this time to ask your soul your inner voice questions ask away and listen for the answers that follow . Take a while there is no rush in this time of oneness with your soul . Feel free to ask him/ she and let it hang in the space you have created and let the answer find its way to you. Take this time to just ask your soul to listen and reply to you . If you feel yourself drifting away that's okay , just go back to another question and begin again . There is no rush, no  right or wrong way you just do whatever comes to you . Stay here for five minutes and be one with your soul .

 Part four .

 Coming to a close.

Now it's time to say goodbye to your soul for this journey is almost over. After I count to three I want you to move your looking away from above your eyes back into the normal position to your eyes. One two three. Okay now take a deep breath in and out and slowly begin to open your eyes . 

  Your back I hope you enjoyed your journey and take  your time to move from your chair as you become used to your surroundings. When you're  ready, go   and eat and drink something you deserve  it .

          Thank you for getting this far and I hope it works for you . Please try this as often as you like but be a little more adventurous with your questions . The more you ask questions the more answers you will receive. It's a good idea to have pen and paper close by so you can write down any information that you receive and date it. Maybe buy a notebook to keep as a journal . Then you can look back over time to see if anything helped you. Also a good idea to make a dream journal because some of your answers may be answered in your dreams .
