Izuku was very happy that his custody would go to Aizawa and he would legally be his parent

Aya asked something... smart "Hey Izu. Aren't you 19? So why wouldn't you need custody of Aizawa sensei?"

(I forgot her full name🤣🤣😂😂 too much use of Aya, was it Ayaki? Nooo, it was Ayaka wasn't it?)

Those words hit Izuku like a building I'm doubting that Aya is not smart. I am just an idiot when it comes to common sense.....

They then cancelled everything they worked for for about about a year.... yup, very happy moment of realisation, the thing that shocked Izuku was that even the detective didn't seem to realise the thing Ayaka said

The rest of the day was normal, except All Might and Magneti somehow finding out where Izuku lives and annoying him to where he learned to teleport other people via HIS sand

Izuku POV

I was in class and noticed something, Bakuhoe was nowhere to be seen, the boy I mean. Aizawa came in after a.... Rather grumpy talk about me being around 18 and us making a full-on case about me being adopted by Uncle

He said "I'm sure you all are wondering where Katsuki Bakugo is, correct?"

We all nodded and he continued "He is hereby expelled from UA"

"What?!" The class roared
"How?!"
"Why?!"
"Can you even do this?!"

Aizawa activated his quirk, indicating all of us to shut the fπck up, and we did

He explained "He was expelled because, Izumi Yagi, Shoto Todoroki, Shoka Todoroki, Katsumi Bakugo and Katsuki Bakugo did something unacceptable in UA terms, we chose to give them one chance, they took therapy, did around 300 hours of community service and redeemed themselves in UA's eyes. All exept Katsuki Bakugo who kept his rash and unacceptable behaviour on. He is blacklisted from ever becoming a hero and, since he is an legal adult, given around 2 months in prison"

Everybody was silent from the new news, all exept the 4 were also shocked, including me btw. Seems they knew the consequences and actually made themselves better. Denki was about to speak up but Uncle cut him off "All because of illegal quirk usage and discrimination..... Though I should probably inform you the lengths. Gaara! Come up here"

I sighed regretfully and came up, unwillingly, forcefully removed my shirt..... Everyone saw my scars, the girls gasped and blushed, the boys were unaffected cause we changed together a lot

Kirishima said "Sir, why is Gaarabro showing his scars? Weren't they from training?"

Uncle looked at me with a (-__-) face and I nervously smiled, he said "No, around 10 years of bullying from, Katsumi and Shoto led to this. Izumi and Shoka also harmed him but less physically and more mentally"

The class gasped and glared at the 4, they looked down in shame and I said "Don't go and kill them" and the 4, along with everyone else looked up, shocked

I blushed a bit and said "Tch, its not like I forgive you yet, you still have to earn it so don't kill them or else" and I gave em a tinsy but of a scary glare

They all shivered and nodded, the 4 had almost tears in their eyes exept Shoto, but he was hopeful of me, I put my shirt back on and could feel the sulks from the girls, I smirked and replied "If you want this then go through Ayaka first" and she glared at them a bit before smilling again, much to everyone displeasure and them being scared only made Aya smile more

Aizawa continued more "Everyone, Bakugo was also black-listed from attending any hero schools, not that he would be able to attend any after coming from prison, so now you see how strict UA is? Quirkist-ism will not be tolerated in the least, neither will bullying. The 4 have redeemed themselves after 300 hours (A.N. 12 and a half days) of community work each, without Bakugo Katsuki, and have attended therapy so I warn you Do not make the same mistake of one Bakugo Katsuki"

Which terrified everyone, they all nodded and All Might came in and Aizawa smirked, he said "I have one last announcment, All Might is currently attending teaching lessons and therapy with a completed 504 hours of community work (A.N. 21 days) due to child neglect" and everyone went wide-eyed, me and All Might included. Though I was suprised by the amount of community work he did...... I thought it would be 800 hours at least... Guess I was wrong

We continued after everyone shouting at All Might and him apologising to everyone while Aizawa slept peacefully for the first time, now everyone in 1-A hates All Might, teachers included

All Might then took us, with Hound dog, to center Charlie, which was just a fancy way to say it was the 3rd ground they have, it was littered with pipes and there was a platform in the middle with a giant screen, we were not there. Instead we were at the OTHER platform with a giant screen

All Might explained about the excercise, we were in groups of 5 and he would stand in the middle, he would shout "Help" and it would be the signal for us to start, the first from the group of 5 would win and etc.

He went in the middle, my group had Sero, Iida, Mineta and Aya, me included. I sneakily sent some of my sand in All Night's shirt and some in his pants, he scratched those parts due to the.... Itchiness, if that's a word

He reached the platform and I could hear murmurs of our classmates

Mina: "Hey, let's place bets on who'll win. I bet Fuki"

Kiri: "Sero! This place is made for him"

Izumi, Katsuki and Shoka: "Gaara"

Momo: "I think so too, he can teleport with his sand remember?"

Hagakure and Uraraka: "Iida"

Uraraka: He literally has an engine quirk

Just when the others were about to answer, All Might shouted "GO!"

And I closed my eyes, focused on the sand and brought the sand out of All Might's clothes and sent more sand, I could feel Ayaka closing in because of the dust in the air and I teleported righ infront of Assmight's face, he jumped and punched me, as a joke, I formed blood and.... Organs with my sand, while transforming myself into sand and blasted away, the organs and blood that is

I had an eye in the air and surveyed the aftermath, All Might had a shocked face, I had also left enough of my face (Sand) to make out it was me.... Kinda

Everybody had shocked faces and Ayaka reached...... SHIT

I quickly de-transformed the sand and made myself, All Might had wide eyes and I smiled awkwardly and said "Hey, I reached first, right All Might?" While making a sand sword and touching his weak point just so he knows what to say and what not to

He stuttered a yes which took days
