The ride to the even was smooth. We both kept on stealing glances at each other the least chance we got. He also held my hand throughout the ride.

There wasn't a single person outside when we arrived. The sight of the well-trimmed flowers caught my eye, whoever was in charge of this place did a great job. The lawn looked so perfect I had to fight the urge to take off my heels and walk on them barefooted. In the place of walls were hedges, simply put this was breathtakingly beautiful.

"This place is amazing", I said causing Michael to look at me, a grin playing at his lips.

He placed his hand on the small of my back and led me up the stone stairs towards the sound of music. Before we made for the giant oak doors, he held me back and looked straight into my eyes.
"This place is not half amazing as you are", he said.

I felt my face get warmer than I preferred. I always lost my mind when he looked at me with so much love, the intensity of his orbs drawing me close. My eyes landed on his lips and I couldn't help but wet mine with my tongue. Just as his lips brushed mine, my phone beeped, bringing us back to reality.

Mom:Make sure to enjoy yourself. You're still very young.❤

Me:Thanks mom, I got to go, have a nice time. Bye❤

After I placed my phone back into my purse I look up to see Michael staring at me.

"What??",

"You owe me a kiss", he said.

"Well then if you behave I might owe you more than a kiss", now it was my turn to smirk.

"If that's settled, shall we? I'm very sure they've started without us".

High ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and bright lights, the description of the hall could only be compared to a that of a movie but I was drinking in the view before me. Men dressed in tuxedos and women in different types and colors of dresses.

I look to Michael, "are you sure this is the place?"

He chuckled, "yes it is, come on".

Once we passed the entrance, the hall Bebe silent, way too silent you could hear a needle if it fell. The other thing I wasn't prepared for was the fact that all eyes were on us. My feet became stiff, breathing became a problem. I wasn't used to getting attention but this was something else.

Michael glanced my way when he noticed the change in the way I was moving.
"Look at me only, ignore them. Imagine it as though you and I were the only ones here", he told me and I nodded.

After a few minutes, we found empty seats and sat. "Why was everyone staring at me?"

He cleared his that and smiled at me before he spoke, "let's see", he was tapping his chin and looking up like the answer was on the ceiling. "I positive it's because you're the only one in a red dress. If that's not the answer you want, I could also be because you are with me", he wiggled his brows at me. The smile never leaving his face once.

What he said made me giggle and I punched his arm playfully.

"Do you think it's too much?", I gestured to the dress. "I mean there was no dress code".

"You look beautiful, so beautiful I couldn't take my eyes of you. I think it's good to stand out every once in a while".

"That is such a beautiful dress", a beautiful voice spoke from behind us.

I turned around to find that the voice belonged to a beautiful woman. She must be in her fifties, walking with her was a tall man with green eyes. He looked very familiar, I just didn't know where I'd seen him and he was smiling too.
