"Does the name Dream ring a bell?"George tilted his head and stared the guy down. The boy, whom went by the name Dream, connected the eye contact back.
"Not really." He shrugged causing the guy beside Dream to laugh.
"Hah he doesn't even recognise you!" He teased leaning onto Dreams shoulder and hiding his fit of laughter.
Dream rolled his eyes. "Shut up, Sapnap."
Dream and Sapnap... So that was their names.
"You really don't know who he is? Or are you not from round here?" Sapnaps laugh started to calm down and he soon started to stand up straight again.
"I'm from Cozen." George mumbled, pointing at the large castle that could be seen over the forest. It was Jschlatts pride and joy and one of the only things he really cared about, he had put a lot of the towns peoples money into it instead of using his own wealth. He was selfish and he got away with it too.
"You probably know my mother." Dream shrugged, he pulled out his sword and showed the symbol that was carved onto it.
It was gorgeous, gold had been delicately twined with steal whilst a small symbol of a rose sat proudly on the handle. The same rose that was present on the saddle.
"Recognise the symbol?" Dream asked, George furrowed his eyebrows and looked closer still clueless.
Dream let out a small sigh of fustration.
"This is the princes sword."
George's eyes widen.
He was a prince..
Nononono-Why did he always have to get tangled up with royals? Was it too much to ask that he could just live his normal he wanted? He hated the idea of royalty, why should he bow down to someone just because they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth?
"S-So you're a prince?" George slightly stuttered, starting to slowly back away from the boy. He nodded as he carefully drew back the sword and placed it back into the sheath.
"Oh- that's cool- and all- but I must be going now, don't want to waste the princes time now, do I?" George quickly was to excuse, as he avoided the gaze of the two guys, beginning to pick up his stuff again.
"Not so fast." Sapnap reached out his hand but George dodged it and began to walk away, the sooner he could leave the sooner he could get back to Cozen to discover what happened to Techno. He didn't have the time to waste with the prince of Arleigh.
He heard their footsteps begin to follow him and a sword being drawn, he was going to have to make a run for it.
"Hey, wait!- oW-" Georges eyes quickly darted behind him to see Dream clinging onto Sapnap and holding his ankle in pain.
"What happened?" Sapnap laid Dream sat up on the grass and began to look at his ankle.
"I think I might of sprained it or something. Sapnap don't worry about it." Dream laughed in embarrassment. Sapnap quickly shot a glare over in George's direction and then back at Dream, he was probably contemplating what to do.
Something in Georges brain clicked, he could of carried on walking away, this was the perfect opportunity and Sapnap probably wouldn't run after him... But he didn't. George sighed and walked over to them again.
"I have a potion to help with that. That way I don't owe you anything." George spoke kneeling beside the prince and opening his satchel.
"Woah hang on there. How do we know it's not poison?" Dream asked whilst Sapnap held an arm out in front of George to prevent him from touching the prince.
