George slumped over his shoulders, his legs and back ached from walking and all he wanted to do was rest now.

"We're close now." Sapnap commented, looking over at George whose face had changed into a confused expression

"Oh wait- we forgot to tell him.. You're being escorted to the Arleigh palace." Dream calmingly shrugged looking over to Sapnap.

"Woah there- since when did I agree to this?" George stopped to a halt, causing the other two to stop too.

"You didn't." Dream smiled mischievously.

"I'm not going with you. Thanks for everything but no thanks." George spoke running a hand though his hair and shaking his head.
"Why not?" Sapnap asked leaning on his hip, George began to open his mouth but the prince interrupted.

"George.." Dream began walking over him. "Just stay a little bit, it's safer in the palace then out here in the forest." Dream looked down upon the boy, his soft gaze fixated onto his. George wanted to argue but he knew he was right.

Maybe staying in the palace for a little bit wouldn't be the worst idea..

"And plus we don't even know if you're innocent or not-" Dream added, looking away from George who just glared at him.
"How are you going to prove my innocence, your highness?" George asked, a sense of annoyance caught in his tone. Dream smirked at him.

"I have my ways~"

And so they began their journey into the small town of Arleigh. They first made their way through the town square, small markets surrounded the edges sold things like fruits to fabrics and potions. Children ran around playing with kites around a large fountain in the middle, a busyness filled the air.

It was a friendly welcome to say the least, Dream and Sapnap had put their masks back up to avoid any unwanted attention from the villagers, they were royalty after all. They soon made their way to the palace that stood proudly on a small hill that overlooked the town.

It was gorgeous, nothing like Jschlatts.. It was grand and looked rich but it looked welcoming and warm. It was beautiful.

"Uh- George follow us." Sapnap beckoned as George went to the large front gate, marvelling at the large white statues the stood upon the gates. Dream let out a small chuckle, "We sneaked out. Bad doesn't know."

"Whose Bad?" George questioned as the boys tiptoed round to the side and jumped over a fence that lead to what seemed to be the garden. Guards nodded with a smile at the boys as they hopped the fence, Dream and Sapnap probably snuck out often.

"Bad is his majesties babysitter." Sapnap smirked towards Dream.

"-Meaning he's my organiser." Dream sighed shooting a glare in Sapnaps direction.

"He's scary when he's mad." Sapnap laughed, "You can say that again- you remember that time when he caught us sneaking out at night to see Phil?"
Sapnap gasped and held a hand to his mouth, "Yes!! Sweet Arleigh- I thought I was a goner."

George nodded, this "Bad" guy sounded somewhat threatening..

The three made their way to the back towards the door. "It's locked." Dream pointed out as he tried to pull on the handle. "I forgot the keys.." Sapnaps voice trailed off as Dream let out a sigh.

"I know how to pick locks.. Not that i've done it a lot of times or
anything-" George instantly regretted saying afterwards, he needed to prove his innocence and this wasn't going to help him. Dream gave him a look, "How do you know how to do that?" Sapnap asked, George shrugged trying to not make it a big thing. "A friend showed me."
