You where still kind of shocked when Toyo insisted that you crash at his place until the whole 'I have a friend who wants to gut you like a fish' situation was solved.

You tried to explain to the big guy that you could stay with your best friend Ashton. But he shook his head, saying it was safer for you to be near a hero.

"I'll be fine on my own!" You rolled your eyes at Toyo. You couldn't help but feel touched. He was worried about you and wanted to keep you safe.

You only ever had Ashton to watch and protect you. It was kind of hard to accept that someone else was trying to help.

Speaking of Ashton, when you told him about what happened he practically glued himself to you. His arms tightly gripped you, you thought he'd never let go.

"I'll get revenge" He declared loudly, his voice booming in your ears.

"Yeah sure" Your e/c eyes rolled at his words.

Now, in present time, your eyes gazed across the big house of Toyomitsu. It was actually pretty cool looking, definitely cozier than your apartment.

"Nice house" You turned to Toyo, who had been busy chatting with the personal driver he had drive us here.

"Thank you. Feel free to make yourself comfortable" He smiled at you, his hands being placed on his hips. "You go on in, I need to finish up some hero duties for the night"

"Oh, will you be gone long?" You couldn't help but break into a cold sweat, you didn't want to be left alone in such a big house.

"I'll be back before you know it" With that Toyo waved goodbye to you.

All you did was hum your response, your tail flicked towards the front door before walking slowly to the entrance. You used the key that Toyo had handed you before he left.

The only thing you had carried with you was a good sized backpack with some clothes and necessities. Toyo made it clear that you both would go back to grab the rest of your stuff, but only after the police did a investigation and sweep of your apartment.

Your hand grasped the door handle, pulling it open your eyes widened. Inside the house was large furniture. The first thing to catch your attention was a large sofa.

You nearly squealed. You where gonna use that thing a lot during your stay. I'm obsessed already!

You raced inside, the door shutting behind you. Without hesitation you make yourself comfortable, the large sofa was amazing. "Im gonna sleep here forever" You cuddled up into a small ball, a purr escaping your throat.

You don't know how long you slept, but you woke up with a jolt. You panicked for a few seconds, until you remembered that you where at Toyo's house. How'd I get in here though?

Your e/c eyes looked around the room. It was spacey, only a few things sat in the room, like a dresser, nightstand, a plain looking rug and of course, the bed you sat in.

I wonder if Toyo moved me. You swung your feet to the side of the bed, the cold floor making you wince slightly.

Your back and head still ached from the attack that happening your apartment. Luckily you didn't break anything. That's one less trip to the hospital.

You let your feet carry you to the open door frame, your head peeked out from the corner. The long hallway stretched far, a light was glaring from a room nearby.

You tip toed your way towards the light, your tail swaying slowly between your legs. The cold floor creaked beneath your weight, causing you to cringe. Hush! Be quiet!

You stopped when you heard shuffling from the room you where heading towards. You suddenly stopped breathing, your brain had triggered the memory from your apartment.

"Erm- Toyomitsu?" You inch towards the open room. The shuffling had stopped at the sound of your voice.

"Yes?" You heaved a sigh of relief when you recognized Toyo's thick accent. His head poked out from the room, meeting your face.

"Never mind" You mumbled softly, your hand rubbing your neck. "What time is it?"

"Jus' about lunch time" Toyo leaned on the doorframe, his large hands crossing against his chest. "Ya' sleep good?"

"Yeah... did you move me from the sofa?" You asked slowly, your gaze not meeting his.

"Um yeah" Toyo rubbed that back of his neck, a tiny blush rising on his face. "I hope you don't mind"

"Not at all" You smiled up at him, your eyes briefly darting to the room behind Toyo's large figure. "Thank you for letting me crash here" You mumbled the words softly.

Toyo's POV

Toyo looked down at Y/n as she thanked him for letting her stay at his place. "It's nothing" Toyo gave her a closed eyed smile.

A few moments of silence passed before Toyo heard the stomach of Y/n grumbled. She quickly grabbed her stomach, a blush crossing her face.

"Seems like your hungry. I'll show you the way to the kitchen"  He stood up to his full height, his feet leading him in the direction of the kitchen. Toyo glanced over his shoulder to see Y/n following closely.

"Your house is pretty big" Y/n spoke from behind you, the pitter patter of her bare feet trying to keep up with Toyo's long strides.
"I'm not used to such big spaces"

"Feel free to stick by my side if you feel uncomfortable in any way" Toyo stopped to face Y/n. The two of you where now standing in the kitchen. "That is, if you feel uncomfortable with me you, tell me"

"Alright" Y/n nodded, her h/c hair bobbing up and down.

"Eh?" The words escaped Toyo's mouth in shock as he felt arms wrap around his torso.

Y/n's POV

You didn't really like hugging or showing a lot of affection, but your body practically moved by itself. Your arms wrapped around the waist of Toyo.

"Eh?" Was the only response you got. Ugh, he probably thinks I'm a creep.

You began to pull away from the embrace, only to feel strong arms hold you in place. This feels nice, not gonna lie.

Your face burrowed into Toyo's chest, a long sigh escaping your lips. You didn't realize how touch deprived you where. Ashton would cuddle me sometimes, but that doesn't feel as good as this.

Hello all! I'm sorry for the short chapter but I really need to get to bed, it's currently 2:29 am!

I wanted to give y'all a wholesome chapter showing some of Y/n's other side, mostly her just trying to not be awkward while she hugs Toyomitsu.
