Since I still get notifications that people have not given up on me updating this book I decided to give you... this.

Thank you for your support!

[Farkas and Vilkas]

You silently curse under your breath while walking through Whiterun. You just completed a mission bestowed upon you by the one and only Vilkas.

To get him more mead.

Too bad the road was blocked by bandits just as you could already see the city in the distance again and thanks to your damn luck your blade dulled down thanks to all the creatures you have already slain with it. Long story short, you basically beat every bandit with a punch in the guts, the only downside from your heroic victory was that a dagger was now stuck in your shoulder and there was no way in hell you'd pull it out by yourself.

Bleeding out on a dirty road?
No thanks, you'd rather get scolded and taken care of by one of your brothers or sisters.

With a deep sigh, you finally pushed open the doors to Jorrvaskr and sunk down at the first chair you could reach, right in front of the fire.

Vilkas was the first one to greet you with a bottle of mead and a slap to the back of your head. Charming as ever, but that was nothing new anyway.

While mumbling silent curses under your breath, the tall man finally noticed the dagger that was still pretty much /inside/ you and just yanked it out.
You know, like an asshole would do it.

Your silent curses grew louder and while the blood started to rush down your shoulder and upper body you tried to reach for the werewolf and punch him in the guts for this.

"What the actual hell Vilkas?!" this hurt more than that time when Farkas was sparing with you for the first time. Speaking of which... said the brother of this sadist right in front of you made his way towards you, worry clear on his face. At least he would finally help you, maybe he'd be nice enough to put you out of your misery...

Long story short, that idiot ripped down the armor that clung to your shoulder and just splashed mead right onto it.

"By the gods, I'm surrounded by idiots!" by now you had to sit down again, your legs wouldn't have carried you anymore anyway.

Vilkas looked unphased by your insults towards himself and his brother and just took a seat next to you, just like Farkas did on your other side. At least the ice-brain looked guilty for what he just did with you.

"Farkas disinfected the wound and I made sure he got to it. We're not very good in the art of healing like the others." that idiot even had the nerve to smile at you while saying that, it must have been kind of fun for him to see you in pain, this was probably his revenge for when you broke his sword last month...

Farkas gently grabbed your non-injured shoulder and squeezed it ever so gently, it calmed you down a little bit and distracted you from the still stinging pain. The alcohol on your skin seemed to work even better than the two though, your wound slowly started to stop bleeding.

It would be okay till the healer showed up.

[Aela the Huntress]

"The hunt calls for us sister/brother."

"Just five more minutes..." you groan and turn around in your bed. Aela had been standing next to you for at least ten minutes by now and already heard that sentence three times.

You could already guess that your sister was close to murdering you by now, she hated it when you were late and she hated it even more whenever you didn't react to her.

"Y/N L/N..." oh no, she was playing the whole-name-card... "Move your lazy body or I will hunt you down like a deer!" with a swift movement she hit you in the face with her bow. That woke you up, just as always.

"I'm up... don't be so violent sister." you slowly stood up and readied yourself for the day. Your dagger was hanging loosely on your belt and your bow was strapped to your back. Aela loved walking, you preferred to travel by horse.

You traveled by foot because you had no nerve to quarrel with her first thing after standing up.

After nearly an hour of just wandering around the wilderness, you could hear Aela let out a loud groan, followed by an even louder sigh.

"There is no way that there is not even a single bunny crossing our way today! Has luck left us alone today? I wanted to kill a bear at last so we could dine well tonight!" it wasn't like her to complain like this, normally your Shield-Sister kept quiet no matter what and only raised her voice when she felt an absolute need to do so.

"Aela..." calling out her name made her look at you with narrowed eyes. "Maybe the animals traveled a certain distance to find new food or something like that. Don't get so worked up over it, we could just continue the hunt tomorrow." while she listened to you talk, her eyes narrowed even more. Oh yeah, she was pissed...

"No. Move your lazy body, I'm not leaving this forest before I killed something!"

Little did you know that you stayed in the wilderness for nearly two days, only leaving after Aela was finally satisfied with the death of a boar, three bandits that wanted to hurt you, and five bunnies that got caught in her famous traps.

[Ria]

"Ria you're really sweet and all but please leave me alone!" you practically yelled at the top of your lungs. By now you were basically running away from the female, covering your ears to not be able to hear her.

"But Y/N!" Oh great, now she had a whiny tone in her voice. She knew fully well that you'll do anything for her as long as she sounded desperate enough. "I want to accompany you on your travels! You're such a great hunter and I want to learn from you." Ria managed to grab your hands and pull your hands down. Now you had to look into her eyes in which tears of frustration already threatened to fall.

Oh no, it was getting worse and worse, at this rate you would have no excuse left to not take her with you.

"I don't hunt small animals or bears or something like that. You know that Ria." you slowly and gently start to remove her hands from yours. "I hunt humans and Trolls and even bigger things. I don't want you to get hurt because you don't know about the dangers of such a hunt."

"But I want to come with you! I want to learn and I want to hunt as good as you! And I want to be able to protect my brothers and sisters as well as you do." now she had you right where she wanted you, all Ria had to do was reel you in now... "I want to feel useful Y/N, I don't want to tell you the same thing every time you return I killed a bear today, bla, bla, bla... I want to protect what is important to me and if you don't take me with you I'll just go out there by myself!"

And now she had really reeled you in. Ria alone in the wilderness with nothing more than a rusty dagger? Yeah right, you'd rather eat your own left toe!

"By the gods, fine! But always stay by my side and never wander off to a place I can't follow!"

Ria's eyes lit up, they were nearly sparkling by now, she even went as far as to swing her arms around you and start squeezing the air out of your lunges.

"Thank you so much! Don't worry, I'll be the best student ever for the best teacher ever!"

I once again apologize for any mistakes and... yeah that's it. Hopefully, you liked this rather short chapter anyway ^-^
