As we went inside the venue, I was thinking about who could the person be who called me? The interior of Elegance Suite was decorated with ruby balloons and gold decorations. It looked amazing! There was a banner at the front which said "Congratulations!" I was amazed. Truly.
I saw Hailey sitting down in the lounge talking to her partner. Me with Ricky was so not cool. I looked at him and he was searching for someone. Perhaps Paris. I nudged him and asked him who he's looking for.
He replied, "Errh... no one just looking at the decorations. Want to dance?"
"Sure."
My favourite song was on and I couldn't resist it. Hailey was dancing and so was Debby. Everyone looked amazing. As he held my hips and I held his shoulder, we were moving. Like literally moving. Together. At the same time. It was really romantic but I couldn't help how he was staring at me with those fresh, blue eyes. It was so cool. He spun me around and catched me in time to nearly give me a kiss on the lips. As he moved towards me, I leant away and continued. I couldn't forget how he was the root cause of mine and Paris' breakup. Hailey looked at me and winked. I gave a stunned look and she got into her own vibe of dancing. Just then, the DJ changed the tempo of the music to an upbeat type. Everyone started to dance like it's never-ending. I decided to move away from the dancefloor but Ricky held my hand and spun me around. This time, it was fast! I got into the beat and started dancing like I was totally in the mood. Everyone was staring at me and Ricky like they'd never seen us before! It was a golden moment.
Just then, the clock struck 9 and I knew that I was late. I had to go!
"Err.. Sorry Ricky I have to go and meet someone!"
"What?"
"I HAVE TO GO AND MEET SOMEONE!"
"Where?!"
"In the lounge!"
"Meet you there!"
"Ok!"
I left the song and went. It took me about 5 minutes to get there. It was crowded everywhere and I couldn't get past people freely. When I reached there, I noticed no one was there who held a red rose. Maybe I was late. When I turned back, I saw Ricky standing there with a red rose. A RED ROSE?! I was shocked and I asked him why he has a red rose and who's it for.
"Amanda. The rose is for you. You're the girl I love."
