After the dreadful school hours, Wooyoung dragged San to the playground near the school. The older was worried the younger might trip, so he said, ❝Slow down; I'm not going anywhere.❞
Wooyoung looked back and smiled a little as he apologised. He slowed down and began to walk alongside San as the two boys held hands.
The younger let goes as he saw the swings. He looked back and excitedly told San, ❝Come San!❞
The older couldn't help but smile a little when he saw Wooyoung looking so happy. So he sat next to him. He watched as Wooyoung swang further and further. Then the younger slowly slowed down until he came to a stop and looked at San with happiness.
❝What made you so happy?❞ San questioned curiously. Wooyoung tapped his feet as he looked up at the sky, ❝When I went back home, my mum and dad were not used to it, but they told me if I was gay, then they could learn and accept it. Which means I can be with you.❞
San was so happy to hear that, but his smile disappears when he realised he couldn't do the same for Wooyoung. He looked away from Wooyoung, who gave him the most innocent smile. The one that made San realised he didn't deserve the younger.
❝If-❞ San began, but the words got stuck in his throat. Wooyoung looked at him, patiently waiting. The older took a deep breath and turned his head as he said, ❝If I couldn't be as brave as you. If I fear my parents looking at me differently because I like you and I was a coward. Am I allowed to be selfish and still have you by my side?❞
San watched as Wooyoung looked at the ground. He kept quiet for a while, which killed San but eventually, he looked up and hummed. The older looked at him with wide eyes. While Wooyoung said, ❝I won't wait for you forever, but I believe in you. With all my heart.❞
San's worried face slowly turned into a smile. Wooyoung began to laugh, making fun of San, who was being emotional. Then as Wooyoung kept swinging again, when suddenly he fell and landed harshly onto his knees.
The younger cursed as his bare knees scraped against the hard ground. San rushed out of his swing and kneeled in front of him, attending as soon as possible. San carefully examined as he scolded the younger, ❝I told you it was a bad idea. You really don't listen.❞
The younger looked up at him with teary eyes as he did not want to be scolded by his boyfriend after he fell. San's cold gaze melted as he sees this and caressed Wooyoung's face. He quickly apologised, ❝I'm sorry, I'm.l just worried about you.❞
