Chapter 73

Third POV

Sirius had woken up and seen his parents, discreetly checking their eyes and that his mom was pregnant, although Charlus and his parents did notice him do that. That was when Sirius tried to speak but found out he couldn't. "The bitch damaged your vocal cords some," Myrtle pointed out. "You're going to have to keep your mouth covered too since it was magically sewn shut by someone else's magic, and with your sensitivity it will take longer to heal," Luna added in with her softer tone.

The Auror that had been staying there to make sure nothing had been tampered with (Charlus had to explain that even though he was involved with the case, someone else had to be there with the evidence as he was practically an uncle to the two year old) and been forced to make an oath to not reveal the family secrets unless being very, very, vague, had come in to announce the trial was happening in an hour and unfortunately Sirius did have to be there too.

After calming Sirius down, getting him a new hot blanket, gathering the paperwork Myrtle had on what happened to Sirius, Orion picked up his son who practically snuggled into his broad shoulder, because one it was comfortable, and two he was hiding. They apparated to the Ministry, let both Sirius and Dahlia be sick, Sirius as he was only two and Dahlia because she was pregnant and motion sickness is a bitch, and proceeded to the trial room with Padfoot quickly following behind them.

After taking their seats, behind the chair Walburga would be chained in, the Lords and Ladies all filed in, wanting to hear about who had the balls to kidnap and torture Heir Black. When they had entered, they all knew this would be bad by the looks of the lump of blanket Lord Black seemed to be holding while holding the hand of his blue and silver haired (sad and anxious) wife. Lord and Lady Black turned to see Arcturus Black in the House of Black seat and Luna Malfoy naming herself temporary proxy as the temporary Heir Peverell to the Peverell seat and did the same for Ravenclaw. The two gave them reassuring smiles that showed they wanted justice for their nephew/grandson, while Charlus, like Orion, had a look that said they would have to hold in there Riders before they come out in front of everyone, and just hope Hades or Dahlia will let them at Walbitcha.

After everyone had settled, the Minister had said, "This is the trial of Walburga NoName against Heir Sirius Black, bring in the accused," Walburga was dragged in by Aurors by force and chains, she was screaming at everyone causing Sirius to lift his head in look, quickly gain back his white hair and hide in his dad's chest again. Of course some people noticed it, even the trusted Auror they were working with who quickly put a silencing charm on Walburga. Everyone had looked at him, "She was scaring Heir Black as I am assuming white hair means he is scared?" he directed that last bit to Lord and Lady Black who nodded with hidden thankful looks.

Walburga knew she was screwed, she knew the Peverell clan took up thirty percent of the trials when they all agreed, which they usually do. So when she was caught and put in a cell with cuffs draining the bit of magic she still had, to eventually sitting chained up in the chair in front of the minister, she knew she failed.

"This trial will commence now. The accused Walburga NoName has kidnapped Heir Sirius Black after stunning Lady Black in public, that is included in the kidnapping and assault charges, she has also inadvertently almost harmed an unborn child, and then proceeded to torture Heir Black in her basement. I would like the trusted Auror they picked to tell his story," the Auror came up and volunteered to take the truth potion as this was a very serious (a bit literally) matter. After confirming that it worked the questions started.

"Tell us your point of view,"

"Well, we gotten a call from our Head Auror that his cousin, Lady Black had been attacked and when we got there it was revealed that she was with her son after Auror Prewett had called him through a device they had. Lord and Lady Black had stated that only Walburga NoName or Albus NoName who has been in hiding, were the only two who could've done that. They said some things about Sirius such as he is very sensitive to magic outside of the magic the people in his family has, including those who are married in, and that he was very sensitive to the cold. It was also stated that Sirius had already found his familiar who I believe is the dog sitting with them," everyone looked at the nodding Lord and Lady to see the big black dog sitting between them and the tensed toddler, "It was also stated that Sirius is very smart for a two year old and would hopefully eventually figure out how to call for his familiar who is magical with the capability to actually get to him. We kept Lord Potter on the team as he was the closest Auror to Sirius as about two weeks later, Lord Black had called us saying Padfoot, Sirius' familiar had found him, and the dog directed us to a house. We had opened the House to find Walburga who was quickly stunned, and had found Sirius there in the cold basement, with white hair, a shaking skinny body, and his mouth sewn shut with thorns in his mouth and down his throat," there were gasps that sounded around the room as Sirius had lifted his head, with his hair still white but people had seen the mask he had on over his mouth. "We had also discovered that there were two golems made of Lord and Lady Black, but Heir Black along with Lord Potter and Auror Prewett had figured out they were golems. Lord Potter had stated that he had been talking to Lord Black just before they arrived, as he ws the one that told him Padfoot found Sirius, on top of the golem was cold and Lord Black is always warm because of a fire ability that I can't say how he got due to magical oath. The golems also had the wrong eye color, the one of Lord Black had dark grey eyes which the real one has darker eyes, due to a creature inheritance that I cannot reveal due to the oath. The one of Lady Black had duller green eyes as many of you have probably seen the real one has bright green eyes. Then Lord Potter pointed out the biggest clue, Lady Black is with child. Her bump hadn't been very noticeable under her robes that day," some recalled that she was wearing robes that day, as it was a bit cold, and that they were shocked to see the baby bump afterwards, now in a dress they can definitely see it, or the fact that she was six almost seven months pregnant.

Then the Auror said something else to shock everyone, "And also for reasons I cannot reveal, Sirius had pointed to an area in the basement which we had found was a secret room and it had decomposing bodies in there," there was even more gasps as some looked as if they would be sick while Walburga was trying to figure out how the hell he knew he about those bodies. Myrtle had come up afterwards and said something else to cause more gasps, "Due to the shock and pain of the magic that sewed his mouth shut, along with the stress and cold he was experiencing he heart did stop," she revealed, it had gone completely quiet after she had added, "for five minutes until his magic revived him," everyone looked around, most wondering why the hell they were having this trial, Walburga should be going straight to the Dementor's Kiss or a life time in Azkaban.

When Walburga had been forced to drink to Veriterserum, she was asked:

"Why did you kidnap Sirius Black?"

"Because I was supposed to be Lady Black not that bitch Peverell!"

"Were you working with anyone to do this?"

"Albus NoName found me and made a deal with me to take Heir Black," Aberfoth Dumbledore looked ashamed that he was related to the man.

"What did he do?"

"He stunned Lady Black while under a glamour and I took the child," Orion had started rubbing his wife's back while many people were having flashbacks from Albus' trial and what he said he wanted to do with the sisters. Abraxas had looked back at his wife, to make sure she was alright, she just looked a little bothered on what Albus could've done to her sister. "He's also the one who sewed his mouth shut and did the thorns,"

"What did you do?"

"I gave him no food or water, and bruised his stomach and ribs, broke some ribs and gave him hypothermia," Walburga's time was up with the potion as she had begun screaming again and was once again silenced. Sirius had motioned to his parents he had an itch, and had lowered his mask to show where as he couldn't see mouth. "Why are we even having this trial? What they did to his mouth seems quite a bit down played," Sirius looked around at the other Lords and Ladies as he wanted to make sure Walbitcha (he heard his mom say the name and he was very glad to keep using it) goes to Azkaban as he knows she has no protection from dementors who will know exactly what she did, perks of having the Mistress of Death as your mother, you harm her child, the dementors know.

Longstory short, 90% of the votes were that she was guilty (the other ten hadchanged their mind as they supported Albus still) and she was sentenced to thehighest level of Azkaban not knowing the dementors were going to love her.
